It was a Saturday afternoon and I was trying to find a place in the Loma Linda area that I could drop off some dry-cleaning and get it back on Monday afternoon. I went to 3 other dry cleaners and called a couple more and no luck. I then called Magic Dry Cleaners and they could accommodate the timing we needed so I hurried over to drop off the clothes. The man that was at the desk was very friendly and it looked like it was a Mom & Pop cleaner and I was very happy to give them our business. This is a great, honest place to get your dry cleaning done! I just moved down to this area since I'm doing rotations at ARMC and I need to get my white coat cleaned every other week. For short coats, it cost me $5 for the cleaning and starching. I was actually charged $8 at first since the owner thought it was a long coat, but when I came to pick it up, he gave me $3 back because he was mistaken. A nice Korean couple owns this place. I practiced my Korean language skills with them and they probably enjoyed that, especially since it's obvious I'm not Korean with my darker toned skin. Left several brand new dress shirts and when I received them, one had pen marks on it, as if they were writing something with my shirt next to it and they accidentally got ink on it. I told the manager and he just looked at it and told me to pay. He didn't even apologize. I didn't make a big deal out of it cuz I was so fed up with them at this point from what they did the previous day. The manager said he was going to machine wash my shirts. I told him not to cuz the colors will fade. He tells me I'll have my clothes back in 2 days. After some thought, I decide to take my clothes elsewhere and ask for my clothes back. He tells me he put them in the washer because I asked him to wash it. Even as an Asian, it was difficult to understand his English. He brings out my wet clothes and throws it towards me, telling me to take it. I politely ask him if he can have my clothes done by the next day, he agrees and when I return the next day for my clothes, I find ink marks on one of my shirts. Additionally, when I first left the shirts, I forgot to take off the tags and when I asked for a pair of scissors, he just tore them off, even when I told him not to do it. Not the biggest deal, but it shows how inconsiderate he is. read more

UPDATE: 1/23/18 my beautiful suede pants were totally ruined after I got them cleaned here! If they could not be cleaned properly I wish they would have told me. They completely ruined them and didn't say anything to me about them. When I got home and put my clothes away I noticed the pants were dull and lost their Suede-ness :( From 5 stars to 2. My other clothes was perfectly fine. 1st Review: I love this cleaners. They have done a wonderful job with all of my dry cleaning items including formal wear such as long gowns. The sweetest hardworking couple own this cleaners. Fair prices and can work quickly! I usually just drop off and pick up clothes within two weeks, that's just because I forget that I dropped clothes off but they'll have your items ready in a few days or sooner. read more

I called and they said they charge $5.50 to dry clean jeans, yikes that's a lot! To expensive for me! Most places charge no more than $4.

This place did a great job on all of my items. About 4 Dress Shirts (1 needing stitching), jeans, 2 dress pants, jacket, sweater. I think I paid some like $40? Excellent pricing for top quality. This will be my go-to place for all dry cleaning needs. Only thing I wish they did was just fluff and fold laundry, it would be a one stop shop for weekly business people. read more

Magic cleaners is worth a drive for the quality of service you'll find here. The first time I came to their shop, I needed my suit cleaned for an interview the following day. They cleaned it within 4 hours for a very reasonable price. Later, I noticed that they'd also repaired two loose buttons-- one on the jacket and one on the pants-- In addition to the same-day clean. Very impressive. They take their work seriously. Every time I've come here since that time I have been impressed. I typically see the same woman working here (possibly the owner?) who remembers and greets me like an old friend. The prices are fabulous as well-- less than $9 including tax-- for cleaning and pressing a 2 piece suit. Truly one of my favorite local businesses. read more

Definitely not cheap to dry clean my dress! 6.95 when I could have had it done for less at SB. It should have a double $ rather than a single $. The Asian owner was unwilling to accept credit card although they had the visa and Mastercard signs on the wall. He insisted that I pay cash. They have no price list. Called and the gentleman owner/manager who had no problems with a rush cleaning, no extra charge, and had it done in less than 24 hours. Prices were excellent and the owners are very friendly.
