I was told it must be sweat on the front (it was just milk but label read "dry clean") They were also very sloppily pressed, wrinkles everywhere on all 3 pieces. Someone picked up for me (this time). I always check before I leave (though they seem offended). I don't like paying 35.00 for a lousy job. Also don't like it that they don't itemize anymore like it's too much trouble or write how many items you left. Only the day and amount.

I begin to panic when the girl at the counter says "hopefully it didn't get tossed, we're notorious for that". I am not shocked that she's even say that.
