I spent $950 dollars and they deliver it back with no fluid in the reservoir. They did not perform the service correctly and were not able to tell me when they could fix it. I will begin proceedings to dispute the charge. Do not ever get service at this place. Second update...The issues have been resolved, so far I've added 16 oz of fluid. I was refunded for the idlers that were replaced that were not bad. Unfortunately this should never have happened. Weingartz has lost me and probably more as customers. This is my memory of Weingartz and it will be shared when anyone asks me about the business.

In chatting with him and sending pictures, we decide it would be best if someone came out and double checked my setup. Mark, the master plumber came out the next day. They were willing to give me similar pricing to what i was quoted over the phone. He also had a tech that could do it the next morning. We ended up going a different direction but the customer service, timing, and pricing was top notch. If I need another plumber in the futute, Hutzel will be one of the first we call.
