So we had to turn the water off inside. Aspen sent a wonderful young man to the house and he fixed the problem very quickly. He replaced the outside faucet and put a separate shut off valve inside so if anything happens again we won't have to shut ALL the water off. The ONLY reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because it was expensive compared to other places. We had a $99 service fee plus $225 to replace the faucet and add the shut off valves. But it was after 5pm and it was a last minute issue. Regardless the service was OUTSTANDING!

This was after it took them about a month to even get started. We secured financing for the work, but when the work started, a number of things we had discussed weren't what they were doing at all. We had discussed a jacuzzi style tub with jets and wiring going into the wall with that, and that is not the tub that we got. They offered to replace it, but of course, that was going to cost more. We asked to have a plumbing leak inspected and fixed in another bathroom, that we were then told we understood would be covered in the contract and financing that we had secured. Once work began, suddenly that was going to cost us more. What should have been a 2 week project at most that we called in June to have fixed, I'm writing on October 4th, and after waiting for 2 days being told the painter will "be there today" and holding my daily plans for that, finally he showed on the 3rd day. Now I'm left with an unfinished wall in the room they were projected to work on, and a gaping hole in my bathroom wall upstairs because as a disabled veteran on a fixed income that had secured financing for everything, I can't suddenly handle the surprise charges like putting the wall back together where they cut it out, despite a detailed discussion prior to the start of work that they would build an access panel into that wall. If you have work you need to get done, you're better off holding your pipes together and hoping the hard water we get locally leaves behind enough residue to eventually patch the leak itself than hiring these guys. First let me be clear that their technician Jim was a very nice person and the work that we asked…read morethem to do (adding a 220 plug to our barn) was done well so far as I can tell. The problem is that Jim is very social and spent a lot of time talking as well as doing work we had not asked to have done. I asked ONLY for the 220 plug to be added and requested a quote and was told that they didn't like to give them but ballpark if all goes well $180 ... that it would take about 1 hour at $80/hour + $100 for parts something like that. However because of chatting and socializing and taking on tasks he was not asked to do the tech was here for 2.5 hours. He took it upon himself to relabel our entire electrical panel and charged me the hourly rate for it... it took him 1 hour so $80 added to my bill. When he Brought the ticket for me to sign it was for more than double what they had quoted me. Partly this was because we needed to add some kind of double breaker switch which I agreed too and was willing to pay for but on the day of the service the tech told me that $80 was for the 1 hour he had spent re-labeling my fuse box. At that time I said well I'm not signing this because I don't have an extra $80 laying around and I did not want the fuse box relabeled and if you had asked if I wanted that and let me know what the cost would be I would absolutely have declined because anyone can relabel a fuse box themselves they don't need to pay a professional to do it. He said he understood and left with the unsigned bill. I was waiting for a call from the owner to discuss in further detail but it never came I did however begin receiving collections calls from his secretary. Finally I spoke with Bryan the owner I assume who insulted me, threatened me, swore at me and continued to insist that it was my word against his that the tech had only spent 20 mins on the box and that the rest of the $407 invoice was for I don't even know what. Long story short I called and received a $180 ballpark quote but then was charged $407 accused of lying, threatened with small claims court if I didn't pay in full and sworn at. When I let Bryan know that I would be leaving this detailed review he said he would dispute it.
