This led us to trust them to service our 3 year old mini split after it stopped cooling and had already been recharged by the installer. It was now off warranty, so we decided to get their opinion. Tommy was very professional, and told us he was sure we had no leaks. The installer had not charged it correctly, and it would be several thousand to recharge. We let him do it, and then in 3 weeks the cooling failed and the coolant was empty. Tommy came back and told us we do have a large leak, but it's new and not related to the previous issue. He billed almost 400 dollars to tell us this, and then quoted over 1000 for the new leak fix. Just because they do good work most of the time, be careful. You can still be taken advantage off.
