They don't hover and make you feel hunted like other furniture stores yet they're always ready to help and check on you often. We even sat down with a few of them for a while and had good laughs with them. They're honest, affordable, and willing to do what is needed to help you find what you're looking for. We left the first time we went so we could shop around at other places but quickly realized this is the place to go with the best prices so we returned to make our purchases. What a great group! I cannot recommend them enough. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else.

Worst service ever. I went in on May 7, 2026 to get some furniture. I bought what I thought was the…read moreperfect couch, ottoman, & recliner (no display at store) combo. They had a chair there but it was a different color so l asked if the recliner was the same color & was told yes, they will match. When you sign the papers it says 3 to 8 weeks. I called a couple times for updates as they had said the stuff usually doesn't take the full 8 weeks. They kept letting me talk to Patrick. He said all was still on track. On June 26 I received a voicemail (still have it)from Patrick saying the couch was good to go & on the truck at the manufacture & would be here Monday or Tuesday the following week. I'm excited I'm finally getting my couch, ottoman and recliner. Patrick calls me Tuesday 6/30, they will be there this afternoon after 1:00. I leave work to make sure I'm home. They bring in the couch, ottoman & they match perfect, they bring in the recliner & I thought all was good. After they leave I realize something is off. The recliner doesn't match & it's a swivel rocking recliner. I have a bad hip, I would have never gotten it had I known but was told it was a recliner that match the couch. Then I start looking at the couch...it's the floor model. So I go to the store to speak with Patrick and told him the issue with the recliner, he says they will take it back with a 25% restock fee. I said you just dropped it off & he says but it was taken out of the box. Then I say why was the couch the display & he turns says yes, it's just a loaner until yours comes in. Omar said he called & spoke to you about it. I reply no, I haven't heard from Omar. He continues to explain it's a loner. Then on to the the recliner. There's one upfront that's nice, he says he will trade the recliners out for me but it's more expensive so I would owe another $200. I say as long as you make the couch right, l'll take the other recliner because at least I can sit in this one. He agrees. I asked how long on the couch, he says give him 2 weeks & he will have it for me. Now mind you every time he makes me a deal he says don't worry I can get this taken care off and walks off on the phone Then comes back and says they agree. So the store comes July 2 & picks up the brand new recliner & the floor model couch & they leave the brand new ottoman along with dropping off the other recliner that I agreed to replace the new one. Today is July 18, 2 weeks was yesterday. I decided to stop by the store to check on the couch because I haven't heard a word from anyone. At this point Patrick has told me 3 statements that came to be untrue. I told him & showed him that I would be recording from now on. He's a fast talker and basically tells everyone exactly what they want to hear. I told him I had the voicemail were he stated they couch was on the truck at the manufacturer ect. He starts getting frazzled & started to grab my phone off the counter. I asked that he not grab my phone & he says he didn't. He says we have cameras & I said then look at it. I try to play him the voicemail & he keeps talking over it so no one can hear it included the costumers that he was just speaking with. I did tell them to be careful because he had lied to me quite a few time. He kept talking over me so got louder (I'm not usually that person) because he wouldn't let me speak. I finally said just give me the money back on the couch, l'll even keep the ottoman that matches nothing in my house. He says no, it doesn't work that way. So I said just tell me when the couch will be here then. Next thing I know, he calls the police to get me thrown out of the store. I say just tell me when the couch is due, I don't want the floor model brought back. He says there's a large rip in it now so I don't think I could do that. He says come here and look. I proceed to follow him so he can show me, officer walks in the door & he takes off running to the office saying "see, she's following me everywhere". I walk over to the door to go out & talk because he ended up talking the cop back out the door acting terrified of me.The officer pushed the door back on me not to let me out. Then the officer asks for ID. I could hear through the door. I go ahead & start pulling out my ID. Patrick has to go to his car to get his. So the officer asked my side & I gave him the overview. He goes to talk to Patrick again & he's walking all through the store & the officer finally says can you come here. Then another officer comes in. I finally get to tell my sid completely. The 1st officer comes back & said the couch is "supposed to be" on the truck July 24 & Patrick will reach out once they have the couch. But I can no longer come on property & can no longer call the store to check the progress & that someone else would have to do that for me. Here comes Patrick from the back of the store & now wants to charge me with deformation of character. Craziest day ever for me. I left & pray for a couch or refund soon.

Went in just to browse because they came highly recommended from a few friends…read more I specifically told them I was just browsing and pricing at this point and it's like they didn't even listen to anything I said. I specially told the salesman I was looking for a small sectional or a sofa with a chaise in the color grey. He showed me around in a hurry and said "Sit down, try them out! You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first right?" After about 3 sofas it seemed like he was just rushing and trying to get me to buy anything! I then pulled up a photo of a sofa I saw on their website but they didn't have it in-stock. He turns around and gets someone else who said it'll be here in a few days and "coincidently" they only ordered "one" and insisted I need to go ahead and put it on hold if I really wanted it... Didn't your colleague JUST say "You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first right?" They pressured me to buy to the point where I began to feel uncomfortable. It was pretty sad! They bragged and boasted about how they can beat any furniture company and their prices are the lowest, which is debatable, but came off too strong for me. After 3 more times of asking "are you sure you don't just want to buy this one today", "there's no telling when we will have it again this one sells fast", "the price could go up $100 if you try to come back and buy it" and a million other bs sales lines... I told them thank you and jetted out of there. I went to another furniture store across town and had a much more pleasant experience. I told them I was browsing and they respected that. I was able to walk around and look at my own pace. They also had some of the same brands at a lower price as well. Try to actually listen to your potential customers and don't be so pushy.

From that point on the service has been terrible. We have always been the ones to initiate contact with the store, whether it is to check on if our furniture was in and with later issues we had with the furniture being damaged. Twice now when we've called to check on if the furniture was in yet they had told us, Oh yes, it's in our warehouse, but yet no one had called to set up a delivery time. After the first delivery, the top of our chest of drawers was completely cracked, the nightstand had a paint drip on it, and the side rail for the king size bed had a large chunk of wood out of it. The delivery guys said that a manager would call us on Monday. We waited patiently more than a week and never heard back from anyone at the store. We called and the manager said that the pieces would be re-ordered, didn't seem phased by the fact that we had so much damage and never apologized or even seemed concerned that we had issues. We again waited months and never heard from the store. We called again and were told oh yes, it's in but again no one called us to set up a delivery time. They brought the furniture out. The side rail again was broken and the nightstand was so damaged that the drawer couldn't even be pulled out. The furniture was again taken back and no one called us to let us know what they were going to do. My husband again called and was told that it would be re-ordered. We waited again for the furniture never hearing from the store and then my husband again calls and they said yes it's available and it's in the warehouse. We were told a manager was going to come out and he never showed up or called. We waited a while and then again my husband called and the manager again said yes that he was going to come out on the Saturday but again he never showed up or called. We spent a lot of money but once they had our money, apparently that's where their customer service ends. I was looking forward to having a local furniture company that I could use, but I would not recommend this business to anyone.
