Today, my grandfather and I were driving on Atlantic Avenue and one of the employees came out of the lumber yard holding two long pieces of wood and hit my grandfathers car with the wood and proceeded to curse and my grandfather, using vulgar language while I was holding my niece in the car. We parked our car and got out and proceeded into the lumber yard to speak to the manager. A guy named Dave was there and did not let us speak to the manager, but said he would take care of it, which he did not because when my grandfather and I left, he proceeded to say nasty remarks to us and continued using vulgar language. When I got home, I decided to call the company to submit a complaint to the manager and Dave answered the phone and hung up in my face twice. I don't know what kind of business these people are running, but they are extremely rude and disgusting along with the fact that they are not abiding to OSHAS rules and regulations and are performing dangerous and hazardous tasks on Atlantic Avenue throughout the day. Something needs to be done about the rude and unmannerly behavior of these employees. The disgusting employee and his use of vulgar language to an elderly man needs to be fired as soon as possible. That is not the way to speak to people, neither is it the correct way to provide customer service. This matter needs to be resolved immediately.

Back then we had a 1986 Chevy Blazer. They were even unsure we would make it back to East Williamsburg with an intact car and materials. But none the less we told them load it up and they did. We drove carefully but that load had the car practically touching the street. We got alot of stares from pedestrians and other drivers. Materials and all we made it home. My father passed and I still can rely on the company. There are companies closer to me but either they don't have what I need or they relocate far. Omni may be far from me but they are reliable. If they don't have it they can give you just as satisfactory options. Do you want the whole piece, do you want them to cut to size and keep the left over pieces, etc. Prices to me are reasonable. I have to ise them again tomorrow.
