Paradise Fence beautifully fixed a little problem we were experiencing. Our old railing didn't quite reach all the stairs on the new railing. About 2 steps were missing a hand rail so I started researching places and for one reason or another, they couldn't handle this simple job. The consultation given (by Paul) was quick and simple! He worked with me to get me the best price the company could offer (a very reasonable price, might I add). Professional and friendly. Less than a week later, two of his installers (Flavio and Theo) came to tear down my old fence and replace it. They worked hard and fast and the finished product looks great! These guys were very respectful of my time (since I had other obligations) and most importantly, respectful of my property! A while back, someone was parked in my Uncle's driveway in Queens and when they exited, they smashed into the fence. This bent it and wound up setting it at an angle where it could not close properly. This is the original fence that came with the house, about 60-ish years old now. In all that time it had held strong but finally time and an SUV had caught up with it. I offered to help him out by getting this fixed, but honestly I had never called a fence company before so this was new ground for me. After googling for fence companies in the area, I found Paradise Fence Company and spoke with Michael Paradise himself. We agreed on a time to meet at my Uncle's house to check out the damage. He showed up on time as promised and quickly examined the scene. He was very honest with me: this was a tiny job that his company normally would not do. However, he also saw that I was in a bit of a tough spot so he quoted me a *very* fair price on the spot. I say fair because I did get two other quotes and both were higher. Because this job was a smaller one, it took Paradise about a month to find a time slot when they would be doing a larger job nearby to come and work on the fence. The job was not without its issues. When the guys arrived they had forgotten their own power generator, so they tried to use the power in my Uncle's house but their equipment wound up tripping our breakers - so if you notice they don't have their own power, I recommend you ask them to get it and come back. Fortunately Michael himself delivered the power generator and they were able to do the job. Upon inspecting the fence, I have to say you would never know there had been an accident. Everything that was bent had been straightened out and the hinges that were replaced looked new but did not stick out like a sore thumb. Most importantly the fence doors could now all close properly! Overall with one hiccup I had a very positive experience with Paradise Fence Supply and would recommend them if you need fence repair. read more

Finally! A NYC company with outstanding customer service! Thankfully, my experience with this company was an absolute delight. I had to replace a neighbor's fence due to construction in my yard that caused damage. I called and Paul gave me a preliminary estimate over the phone based on the numbers I gave him. About a week later, Jim came out and measured and gave me the exact quote. Unlike other contractors in the area, the price was fair, they were upfront and honest, provided an email quote, accepted a deposit via credit card, and were very easy to work with. A few weeks later Theo and Fabio came out and did an amazing job. I was impressed with their work so I called back to install a new fence around the perimeter of my whole yard. It took a while this time to get things going due to weather and a few people out of office, but it was worth the wait. The same process as above took place. Fabio and Theo were extremely helpful and communicative. Let me know about potential issues and came up with solutions! Weather also caused a few mishaps to the fence during and after the process. Now that the cold season has passed I decided to begin researching The fence supply industry to locate a supplier's for inexpensive, high quality fencing. I found Paradise Fence Supply via an ad they had listed on craigslist. I had been previously quoted an average of 6' PVC $5500 (material and labor) for a fence Installation of 150 linear feet around the perimeter of the rear portion of my corner-lot home. I decided to tackle the project myself with a couple of friends and wound up getting the job done for around $2200. The owner of paradise fence supply has a great personality and was always willing to answer questions as they came up. He also dealt with my re-configuring of the fence several times without objecting or losing his cool. The material for constructing the 6 foot PVC privacy fence with lattice was delivered days after payment as promised. Comparing the quality of this fence to Home Depot or Lowe's offerings Is like comparing apples to oranges. The durability, finish and overall quality of the product is outstanding. Installing the fence was fairly straightforward once the holes for the posts had been dug out and the posts had been concreted into the ground. It basically just snapped together piece by piece and wound up taking my friend and I approximately 4 hours to complete.
