I had just tore down my house took on way more then I could ever imagine. Was learning as I went. The total cost I had to spend on equipment was crazy and I broke a few thing each rental so it seemed. And the price I paid was hefty. But paid in full, but the owner were very understanding and friendly. There pr skills were super. And I'm sure they were very frustrated with me having problems with the machines. Bit still made me feel comfortable joked with me. And did not loose faith in me and rented to me each and every time I needed something. made a HOWEVER I can't say how much it was worth it. And a huge shout out to them for not refusing to rent to me just cause I broke something. We have been out here for 30 years and used BNR. This time we went with untied in cada. But the very last time we use total out of Gresham and break off from bnr. Now I was wiped out mentally beat down just tore my house down by myself made huge mistake and very emotional al. Had a hard time returning it had to put the track back on alone. And my mother just had a stroke so g the money around was a challenge and had to do some figuring with her we we did return it. They called once about it I did keep it a day or to linger. But paid full price. However the gas cap had fallen down to where I could not Rea h it. And somehow the tail light O. THE TRAILER GOT BROKE. Paid My bill and took my emtuo al bit home for a nap. Nothing was said to me about anything g eles. Today when I called for a price qote I was told by bnr that they would not rent to me if needed a trailer per total instructions nor would they to my mom or dad or anyone who would rent it for me, so refuse my entire family. Tried renting their large tiller last week but it was broke down and "parts coming today". Have rented this machine 3 other times and the last time the belt broke on me, that can happen, they gave me a new one and had me do the repair. That belt lasted 5 minutes and couldn't finish tilling my garden, they told me they would give me a break on price of next rental. So went back a week later and was told it's still broke down that they ordered the wrong part and it was coming today.
