BEWARE RISKING Quality: They gave me a defected windshield and did not discover this until driving at night. Now they want me to wait and do all their steps so they can prove to the Toyota manufacture it is defected. Who does this!? In the meantime, my life is at risk due to me driving a defected windshield where at night the freeway lights from both side creates a "kaliedoscope" effect this is distracting, it creates a driving risk. I own two other vehicles-I can compare apples to apples NEVER have I received a defected windshield. In fact, the Jeep renegade is NOTORIOUS for rock chips due to the angle of the windshield have replaced this three time in its 2019 year. I have NEVER had this poor experience with replacing its OEM glass-excellent service I have received-Shaun want me to replay all the risks on the freeway to prove to the dealership where they ordered it-When I say I can compare "apples to apples" it is defected and it needs to be replaced today-This is good business practice to do this-Instead the wants to make me inconvenience by doing their steps to prove-Anyone else think there is something wrong with this scenario besides me? He wants me to drive an unsafe vehicle at night at put me at risk. Why? My insurance already paid him out and I am having to go through all the inconveniences that should not be happening in the first place-if you do business properly. The staff was professional and did a great job. The installer accidentally was installing the wrong OEM part but IMMEDIATELY realized it and fixed it before he glued that glass to my 2020 forester. They also did a great job with calibration. No issues and it has been a few weeks. Very glad I switched last minute from Safelite Autoglass to Sir. When I called Sir someone picked up the phone and safelite directed me to a phone tree. I got my Nissan Rogue rear windshield fixed. The process was fast and easy and replacing the windshield was done by an employee with years of experience. Although the next time you get your glass replaced, ask them to be a little careful while vacuuming the plastic interior panels, mine got a few scratches on them that were some what hard to get out. Be sure they use a vacuum brush. read more

We had a rock hit our windshield while driving on the freeway and our insurance suggested Sirglass because they were in our area. After contacting them and giving them our information they scheduled use for tow days out which wasn't bad considering it was late Friday. They were very good at keeping us informed as to when the tech would arrive and how long it would take. Dennis was the tech assigned to our job and he was right on time and very professional.
