All I can say is good luck. Missed a chamber on first service call in 2021. Came back this year & stated I need new risers, a machine to dig out new area + cost of pump. $700 for dig, $250 for pump and never gave cost for risers. Told 5 times I would be getting full quote any minute (still don't have) got a second option & the issue was resolved for $300 total. Look elsewhere read more

They spilled sewage all over my grass and my sidewalk. the service man offered to clean it up with my garden hose. Called the office, she said it's completely normal for that to happen and that human waste is neither toxic or hazardous to anyone or anything. simply spray some water on it and it's perfectly fine. Didn't even apologize. read more

Terrible!! The first thing they do is have you sign a waiver without explaining what it is. It gives them carte blanche to poke anywhere they want in your yard and destroy your irrigation. Never again! read more

They are the worst company to get to do a new septic field or any other jobs from them they will take your money and run I had a system put in and Soon as it was done it leaked out of the ground and my tank it leaked for a long time I had to get a new company to fix it they found broken tile because of their worker broke it when they sealed up the septic field and he wouldn't back up any other rework so I would not use all American septic in Imlay city Michigan read more

Maureen was such a pleasure to deal with on scheduling my yearly septic cleaning. She went over all my previous history with the company and knew exactly what I needed. It does not end here, James came out with the empty truck that I requested and talked to me about the condition of the septic. He is a hero because he saved a big frog that was stuck inside of the cover. I used this company for a drain field about 18 years ago and they have only gotten better as time goes on. The ladies in the office are kind so they receive the one star but other than that do not waste your money! This company literally charged me $275 for them to tell me I had a problem with my septic field that I already knew I had! On top of that they insisted I have someone at the house and showed up an hour after the 3 hour time window they gave me without a call and then left permits that they wanted me to go take care of but didn't even offer to do the work or give me any guidance on the process! Thankfully we found a local company who came and did a FREE inspection, offered solutions, is taking care of the permit, and obviously has our business! Just wish I could get my $275 back! This place is amazing! Had a septic backup on Friday and called them for emergency service. They weren't available until Monday, but Shelby at this place made room so I would be first in line for service. They even tried to get me in on Saturday! They also called me back on Friday when none of the other 20 companies didn't call me back. When the septic drain didn't work to open my lines and I had a clog, they made sure to get out to me the SAME day a septic drain technician. They called me all weekend to make sure I was ok and to reassure me I was getting service on Monday. This happened today is when they came to device my house. I had Ben and Brandon out to see me. Ben and another tech did everything they could to unplug my line. Brandon went above his duties and made sure after everything was done there was minimal clean up on my part. Best company ever and even though out of Imlay City, they service everywhere! These people and company are truly the best and I will never use a different company again. They have a loyal customer for the entire duration I own this home and will advise new owners when I ever sell to go with this company.
