I requested service to look into my pump alarm intermittently going off. Tyler was sent out and immediately diagnosed the problem being my alarm float had detached from the anchor post. He checked on the control board, reattached the float, and pumped the tank. The driver insisted on backing up in our driveway He didn't want to get stuck even though he had been told to back up in the yard. The next day we noticed that our driveway was cracked in several places.The owner had us send pictures of the driveway A few days later he said he had contacted 2 concrete companies. That was 2 months ago and nothing has been done. Now the cracks are getting bigger so instead of repairing it may have to be replaced. read more

I was looking for a septic service company to drain my septic tank and install two risers, When I came across this company. Not only were they $75 cheaper than anyone else to drain the tank, but they were also $400-$500 cheaper to install the risers. To be honest with you I am a true believer on that saying you get what you pay for. But in this case, these guys were amazing. They were meticulous at their job. The product was top-notch quality. They took their time they removed every little bit of sand so the adhesive silicone will seal between the base of the riser and tank . They were careful around the grass that was not supposed to be dug out. It was a 100% professional job. So not only was I able to save at least $500 on this job, I believe that it turned out better than anybody else would have done. I will definitely be recommending them to anybody who I know and need their services and I will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

Sneaky!! We used them in 2021-pumped 2 tanks and cleaned filter for $325-total. Now, in 2023, husband out of town, charged me $375 per tank, replaced the pump and cleaned the filter. Total $2,075. Will never use them again. read more

I had a potential septic problem and called to see if they could come check to see if my drain field was failing. I thought the service was free but after checking the technician said " if I don't do anything more it's a $125.00 service fee" my bad I didn't get the service cost up front. Although it wound have been nice to have that explanation prior to scheduling a technician to come out. Since the technician spent very little time I was hoping to recoup a portion of that Monty having the tank pumped which the technician said was $350.00. I just spent $180.00 to have my tank pumped in Wisconsin but hey different place high rates. This time I asked for clarification if I would owe both the service and pumping fee to which the technician replied, " no it would be just the $350.00". So I said let's do it and went inside to grab my checkbook. When I came out I asked the technician if it was a straight $350.00 dollars so I could write the check and he said no it wound be both fees combined for a grand total of $475.00 to have my septic pumped! He said because he had to check it first then pump it I would have to pay both fees. I would hope they would check it before pumping as a part of the high rates but apparently not. I wrote the $125.00 check and sent him on his way. I tried to call the office before doing so but had to leave a message and received no return call so off goes his technician. The company could have made an additional $225.00 by pumping my tank. I would have been happy and you would I've reading this. I can only hope that you think twice before using these folks this is a crappy way to do business (pun intended). I was prepared to bite the bullet and spend a little more to get the tank pumped. This company not only lost $225.00 but also my business. Ask up front for the prices. Ask again before they do the service, since the price can apparently change within a matter of five minutes! The worst company I have ever dealt with. I've made my review in point form to keep it short(ish) - otherwise I could go on and on... - septic pump failed ,called All American (AA) - they came, removed pump (said it was bad), took pump to shop, return w/new pump and installed - system seemed to work for a few years then one day noticed smell and saturated grass by holding tank cover - 240v breaker was tripped - reset breaker, did not trip but still not pumping - this time, I looked at system myself before calling anyone - Removed tank cover and saw sparks come from electrical connector (AA had used regular household extension cord connector for a wet location - this violates code) - turned off breaker, removed water to bottom of tank (used sump pump and drained to sewer on street) - I work in the electrical field so I removed pump and repaired wire connection - pump started, but quit after a few seconds - Looked at pump name-plate - noticed pump was 120 vac - supply to septic system was 240vac (AA supplied the wrong motor) - called All American - told of issues - AA denied any wrong doing and said no possibly way 120v pump could work on 240v supply (FYI...manufacturer of motor said it IS possible for motor to work with wrong voltage... for a while) - AA could offer no proof orig pump was 120v - AA said they needed to check original house electrical records and would call back later 1 or 2 days later - never called back - I was forced to empty sewer tank manually each night with the sump - I finally called back 5 days later- asked why they had not called - they never offered answer or apology - AA finally came back 3 days later - they checked septic power and said it was 120v - I said that's incorrect and had to show AA technician how to properly measure supply voltage with an electric meter - proved supply was 240v - AA still denied it was possible - I requested new 240v motor - to ease their burden, I offered to install pump - they said they could not get pump until next week - I then request new 120v pump and would rewire system to accept 120v pump at my own expense - AA tech agreed to bring pump back that night - a neighbor was witness to this - Next morning , still no pump - called and texted AA to ask where is pump - no response to date - Took them to court and lost but not because they had no wrong doing, but because statute of limitation applied (they got off because time had expired) FYI...NC Board of Electrical Examiners has now restrict AA from doing any electrical work read more

Showed up to pump septic with a truck that was almost full. Wanted to back truck up on a brand new flagstone walkway...after explaining to the driver that he was not to pull onto the flagstone walk he insisted that it wouldn't hurt anything. Just finished having new sod and landscaping done and asked the guys to be careful they proceeded to drop one of their hoses on a brand new rose bush and split the plant. They began pumping the septic and halfway through pumping they asked for payment even though I could see they had only finished one half of one side of the septic. They said they couldn't pump anymore because the truck was full. After calling the owner of the company he said they would send another truck but at this point the first driver was mad and started having a fit by throwing his cell phone and shovel. We called this company when we realized our septic system was not pumping properly. They came out and told us it would be $4050 to fix the system. I told him I needed to get another quote. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to charge us for pumping out our system ($300) if they didn't do the work. They had only pumped a few feet down to get a better look. They had not pumped the whole tank. I am a senior citizen who obviously didn't know much about this process. I felt pressured to go with them and not get another quote. That was stupid on my part! Then they wanted a check for the full amount before they would start. I asked if I could pay with a credit card. They said I could but it would cost me an additional $117.00. They also have several websites that look totally different. You could think you are calling a different company for your quote or to use a different company but it would be the same company. absolutely horrible! stay as far away from this company as possible. i called and spoke to a guy named jason and scheduled a service call. he said he would be at my house at noon. 1:00 came and no show??? i called back and spoke to jason and he said he was tied up at another job and would be at my place at 1:45. again...no show. called back and jason said "i don't have time to deal with you right now. call someone else". i replied "business must be good for you to treat customers this way". jason replied "i am doing well and definitely don't need your money" he then hung up on me. please...stay clear of this place!!! read more

Absolutely Horrible. Never Again. Had them do some work on septic system. This included moving the alarm box 50 ft to side of home. When job was completed and they left, water started to come up where the power cable was buried as they had hit sprinkler system. When they came out to repair the sprinkler pipe, I noticed electrical cable was less than 3 inches under ground. Had Wake county inspector come out and it should be at least 12 inches deep. All American Septic states as it is in conduit, its to code. Inspector said no and checked for electrical licence. All American Septic has no licence to do electrical work. The work was done with out a permit. All American can not even repair/replace the line as they do not have a electrical licence to pull a permit to do the work. Also, payment was demanded in full before they started. Looks like legal action will be needed. They say on their web sit they are licensed and bonded. Not sure for what. Inspector states he could only find a certificate to pump septic tanks. Run from them or pay the price. read more
