We've been using Lyons septic services for about 10 years. Every time, the price is reasonable and the job is done quickly with no fuss. Last year we received a coupon in the mail from a competitor with a price that was too low to believe. I called to check on this and couldn't believe what I was hearing: Extension hose? Extra. Tampons in the tank? Extra. Wipes in the tank? Extra. By the time they were done picking through our shit (literally) it would have cost double what Lyons had been charging us. No thanks. It was my first experience scheduling a "honey dipper". Did some research online and found that a regular pump out would cost around $250 - $300. I found Lyons from another local area website as they did not come up in Yelp. Long story short, these guys will get the call next time I need the septic tank pumped out. I had to call to schedule, cancel, and then again to reschedule. Someone answered the phone every time I called. No voice prompts or voicemail to deal with...felt like it was 1995.
