This company has extremely poor customer service. I updated my information and did not receive a notice to do winterization. According to Ken "THEY HAVE NO LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTACTING CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY KEEPING TRACK OF WHEN PEOPLE DIE." Unfortunately for me, the pump cracked because of the lack of winterizing the equipment. They apparently mail out schedules for startup and winterizing. The startup is in April/May and winterizing is in Oct/Nov depending on the schedule. I would not recommend using this company. read more

Do not use this business/ we paid for a new sprinkler system and after our lawn died we found that they did not use a new system just put new heads on old lines no replacement of the control box it didn't work - we had them place lights in our landscaping they were the cheapest lights rusted not appropriate for use by water We tried numerous times to contact the No response - so I'm posting for people to beware-- read more

David and Mike went at it non-stop for 6 hours: 90 Degrees temperature/90% humidity/90% of the time). I called this company on 10-1-15 and asked if they could make it out same day for an emergency water leak. He advised it would cost $225 for the service call. I was advised the name of the tech & he would be there 2-3pm. I said ok great! I called the company @ 3pm for an ETA because they were not there yet and left a VM. I did not receive a call back; I called again and no answer. This morning on 10-2-15 I called to see if they were going to come out and do the work there was no answer. I decided to call another company and the new company will be there today. This is no way to treat potential customers. A courtesy call would of been sufficient. on 3/1/21 and 3/6/21, shaun was out to m property to replace/repair sprinkler moter, pump and and came back to check entire system annd fix sprinklers. i overpayed at $650 for 1 1/2 hp pump-3 year warranty. on 3/6 i paid him 4700 to replace rotor, and re-do sprinkler system. he wrote "low pressure possible leak" yet did not discuss fixxing it? i had to get another company out to fix low pressurre issue. that company flushed out system, clearing pipes.2nd company charged me $590 to do work that this company should have done but didn't. between the 2 companies i paid $2000!!!! outrageous as it's still not right and now i am paying a friend to adjust sprinkler heads and check possible leak. read more

They came and gave me a quote and did the install. There are a few issues that may or may not concern you that I will list. 1- They had no plan for the install. I had other quotes that were not much more than this company that did that and I wish I had gone with them. 2- The sprinklers are installed and work but I have some high some low some touching the side walk some several inches away from the side walk etc.. Their attention to detail was not what I was expecting. 3- I have a well and after the install all my nozzles needed to be replaced due to clogging. I contacted them about the issue and they suggested a filter be put in line. My question is why wasn't this done originally?? This seems like something an experienced company would plan for but they did not. I installed the filter myself. 4- I have had many issues with the indexing valve not switching zones. I have cleaned it sanded the sides a bit per the manufacturers instructions but the problem persisted. I eventually figured out they installed the valve too low for it to operate correctly. I raised the valve 12 inches so it was above the pump outlet and it works fine now. 5- I asked for the trees to be included in the quoted install but the day they came I noticed they were not including them in the plan. I pointed this out at which time they stated they did not remember any mention of that on their original visit. I was very clear as to what I wanted but now I have to run the tree lines myself. In the end there are other companies that will do a much better job at around or just above the same price. Make sure YOU know what you want prior to having this done and demand the installer stick to YOUR plan. You can have an irrigation system designed from most of the big name manufacturers i.e. Rainbird, Orbit etc. for little to no money. So after paying $2800 I have had to change all my sprinkler nozzles, install a filter and raise the indexing valve due to it being installed incorrectly. The price they charged I expected a more professional install that was well thought out, planned and installed paying attention to the details and arrangement of the system which this company simply did not provide. read more

this is the second time i have used all american sprinkler. again a professinal and courteous job done. ernest and chris went right to work and completed it in a timely manner. they also explained my system and that was a great help. this section was under driveway pavers, which they took up and replaced as good as new. i felt that the price was right for the job that had to be done. will us them again to finish upgrading my sprinkler system. read more

Dave was very nice when giving the estimate to install indexing valve, pump (incl electric) and plumbing into well that was previously drilled. Dave's team came out to do the install and the electrical work was done so poorly and not in accordance with code, that I had to hire a licensed electrician to fix it at a significant cost. Which Dave never offered to reimburse. The work area was left in such disarray that it took hours to clean. The well was installed incorrectly and caused the whole system to clog (Not AAS fault). Once the well was fixed, It took many many calls and messages to get Dave to come out again. He noted how poorly the indexing valve was installed and installed a new one. This turned out to be defective. After several more calls, he came back out and reinstalled again. I've since spent money on new parts which I installed myself. These included new parts for the Rust Inhibitor Tank which was also installed incorrectly. In summary, I conclude that Dave knows what he is doing but is so busy that he doesn't adequately monitor his crew. read more
