On 4/28/26, Ramon responded quickly and repaired damage done to my system by a demolition company who had removed a shed in my backyard. Great job fixing broken pipes! He also re-routed 1 head to cover the area where I needed to have sod. Also, sprinkler heads were replaced in my flower bed, that had been capped off. When straightening 1 head by my porch door, he kicked it in place to make it stand up straight. I called 2 days ago to explain now that I have sod, I had to run my system. The head that was kicked appears to be leaking as a puddle of water gathers by that head. I think I spoke with AI , asking for someone to check this head and repair it, if it was broken by kicking it. I also asked for the return of my caps. I dont want the sprinkler head back as it was useless to me. I was happy with Ramon, the promptness, kindness and explanations given. I was not happy with speaking to artificial intelligence and requesting help and then getting no response. I will call again today and see if I can get hold of a human and if I can get someone to check for possible damage, they might have done and the return of my caps! read more

My wife hired these guys to service our pond back in November, 2022 to facilitate selling our house in Boca Raton. I had already moved up to Jacksonville so I wasn't around when they did the work. The pond was cleaned pretty well, but these guys also opened the biological pressure filter, which as it turns out later, should not have been touched. I swung by the house a couple of months later and found the pond bone dry - they had not properly resealed the filter and since the pond pump was dry, that burned out as well. Wow. What a great experience my family had. I personally hired Keeping it green for detailed irrigation job on my families home in Parkland Florida. Joe and his team replaced or repaired the following,: New electric solenoids and full re-plumbing of all zones and water feed above ground, a new 1.5hp irrigation pump installed and a outdoor RACHIO 3 smart irrigation zone/timer control unit and all necessary electrical ( and there was A LOT) to complete the job. From the immediate call back from Joe on a Tuesday morning. To the master plumbing and electrical work that Rider completed. My expectations were exceeded with every aspect of the job. I already had a Rachio 3 irrigation controller and a 4-zone solenoid-controlled sprinkler system (upgraded about 10 years ago from an old fashioned index valve-clock system). But I thought there were opportunities to further save on water (I use city water) and there was an underground leak, to boot. I wanted to find a firm that was professional, reliable (!), competitively priced, and knew the deep technical ins and out of Rachio. I found Keeping iT Green both through Yelp and the Rachio Pro finder, and am I ever glad I did. Joe came out shortly after initial contact and we did a full walk-around and had a good conversation about needs and expectations. I tend to ask a lot of questions, often at a technical level, and Joe was happy to engage me and take all the time necessary for me to feel confident in their recommendations. Their communication flow with me was outstanding. They prepare estimates, do scheduling, and invoice customers all via a cloud-based app - no paper based nonsense or under the table non-auditable work flows! The appointed day arrived, and Felipe worked very hard all day to make the changes, additions and modifications we had discussed. All looked well, except a few days after I noticed that there was some water leaking from one zone where none had leaked before. I was more curious than annoyed, and after contacting KiG, Joe gave the situation his full attention with no delay or excuses. Called to have a Rachio computerized watering panel installed and to repair the sprinklers around my house that were not giving thorough coverage. They came on time and worked quickly and cleanly. When I bought my home some 7 years ago, I inherited the sprinkler system. Throughout the years, I did some minor tuning up until I did a major landscaping home project.
