I'm beyond upset with this company. They are the worst to deal with from office staff to technicians. There contract is called an evergreen contract. They don't tell you this when you start the service. They refuse to accept my cancelation letter last May and charged me in August for a service that was not scheduled nor wanted. I followed all the rules for this company. They are absolutely so rehearsed on their policy and refuse to accept anything but their word. Not believing I mailed a letter to the Dolphin Dr address in addition to my multiple phone calls to cancel service. Beware or better yet just don't use them unless you like to battle the women in the office and have less than careful technicians show up at your home. read more

This company is a scam!! We were told that they were running a promotion and that it would be $160.50 for 12 months. This was to include a starting treatment, another treatment within 30 days, and 4 quarterly treatments following. After our first quarterly treatment I noticed another $160.50 charge on our credit card. When I called the company they said that they were sorry we were told it was a one time charge. Upon reviewing the contract it shows the total as $160.50 but in the fine print it says this is a charge that is reoccurring every quarterly service. It was presented to us as a promotion and that the $160.50 would cover all of it. They have the contract set up so you see the price as $160.50 but they don't tell you or point out its every quarter. For that you would have to read the fine print on their tablets. If they would have stated that the entire service over the life of the contract was $802.50, I would have told them to kick rocks!! Be very careful if they show up in your neighborhood! Ask for their tablet and take time to read the fine print on the contract. Or tell them to get lost!! We've been with Fenix for 2 years; quality service. For Oct. 28, 2025. the service window was to be between 10am and 3pm. Patrick called 9:45am and was onsite by 10:30am. He listened to our feedback on past treatments as well as our priorities for this treatment. He completed the outside within 15 minutes treating all the focus areas. Very efficient. The indoors treatment was also done quickly and efficiently. In the basement he was careful to move some fragile items out of the way before treating the window frames there. I feel like I got scammed. Signed up initially due to seeing a bug in my new condo. They treated it as an infestation, which I was fine with. Next visit there were no bugs in traps so he said they would scale back to maintenance visits and it would be cheaper going forward. My most recent visit was for outside only. I live in a condo, called two days before and gave specific instructions as to which ground floor unit was mine, so they service the correct one. Day of service I see their truck leaving and he never did anything outside my condo. I call the office and they argue with me, telling me he was there and serviced the unit. I tell him he absolutely did not because have been sitting right inside the patio door and nobody has been here. She keeps telling me I am wrong and he was there for a half hour but says she will have him come back. He comes back. I meet him and show him my unit. He says he did a different one. I told him I called two days before and told them the specific unit information. He said they never passed it along. I truly believe he was telling me the truth and do not blame him. Interesting part is that they said the visit would be outside, checking for any places bugs could get in and servicing those areas. She told me he was here for 30 minutes (servicing the wrong unti) and he did mine in about 5 minutes, so I know it was not thorough. I then go back and look at my past billing statements. They have been charging me the same price since I started. It never went down at all. When I pointed that out, she told me I was not understanding how they bill things. I told her I understand being screwed over and used the example of going to McDonalds, buying/paying for a Big Mac, going again a day later and ordering a cheeseburger but getting charged for a Big Mac again. Needless to say, I told her I did not want to use their service anymore. She told me I have to send written notification, which I did and saved because I do not trust them at all. read more

A young kid was out hustling to sign people up for their service. We like the initiative so we gave them a try. Poor experience, poor Service. We ended up with a number of rat sized bait stations around the house, even though we don't have rats. Additionally, we had them spray for wasp, and whatever they use didn't work. We were told we could terminate at any time and they dinged us a termination fee. Terrible experience. read more

Absolute scam. they mislead yo0u and even when you call them to cancel service, they misrepresent your options and then charge you even if they did not provide the service. the most disrespectful representatives I have ever spoken to. it seems they are well trained to "deal" with unhappy clients since, its my opinion, that is exactly the plan all along-to mislead and take advantage of you! sales person explained you can cancel at any time "its no problem". complete scam, my advice is to never do business with this company if there was a "Zero" stars options, that is what they deserve. read more

Beware. This company uses flyers advertising a low cost service but they misled me into a contract by indicating it was a trial and I could cancel at any time without penalty. I had expressed concern since we were soon to be moving. They did not make me aware they would charge $160 to cancel which they then charged to my card without permission. They sprayed some wasps around the house and I noted no improvement over a $5 can of wasp spray from any home improvement store. They were very difficult to deal with over the phone and were the worst kind of "call to cancel" you can imagine. I recommend throwing their flyers in the garbage and learning from my mistake. read more

Last July someone rang my doorbell after 5:00 pm on a Friday night and offered pest control service. The salesman explained their services and said they perform quarterly service and showed what was included for outside and inside services. He said they ask that customers do a full year service, but if they are unhappy for any reason, the service could be cancelled. He said they would be in my neighborhood the next day to start the first quarterly service. I informed him that no one would be home on that Saturday so it would not work. He then said they would do the outside service and then call the next week to schedule the inside service. I made the mistake of believing him and agreed for those arrangements. 2 weeks went by and no one called to set the appointment, so I called them. I was told they were so sorry and someone came in mid August to treat the inside. The next week they called again to set up the September service. I said you were just here, but was then told their quarterly service is rigid for fall, winter, spring and summer. I questioned why they came in mid-July to start but was given some nonsense answer. I was told a date in September that they would come but I would receive a phone call one week before and they would call a half hour ahead on the day of the appointment. I never received any phone calls prior to them showing up. Then when I called about not getting the promised phone calls and not getting the inside service done. I was told that the inside service is only done as a courtesy and The $158 charge does not include a break if only the outside is done. I told them I was more concerned with having the inside of my house done than the outside. So then they said they would call to set an appointment to come back. I did not receive a call and once again they showed up in December on a day no one was home and without any of their promised phone calls prior to coming. They sent me a bill and when I called to pay and cancel any future services, since they have not kept any of their promises, I was told that when I went online to verify the first appointment in July, that I agreed to a full year of service. My fault for believing what the salesman told me and not reading the fine print. So all in all the salesman lied about their service. The company lies when they say they will make all of these phone calls a week before they show up and a half hour on the day of the appointment. When you call to complain, that are condescending, rude and continue to pay lip service for the over priced services. I wish the button allowed zero stars or better yet negative stars.
