We called once again because we had ants coming into the house. We found out the ants were carpenter ants. Kent went all around the house on the outside to locate where the ants were coming from and where they might be coming into the house. He was able to find the spots and trails. He sprayed the entire house foundation and gave extra spray where the ants were coming in. We have not had any more ants in the house. Kent made a return trip out after the spraying to check on the results without charge. Kent is a very thorough with his spraying. I was asking a lot of questions and he took the time to answer each and everyone. Oh, he also went around the outside of the house and removed spider webs. We are very pleased with the service and the results.

Well Boy did he surprise me. I Purchased a treatment for my son and his family because they had been fighting roaches for a couple years and they were taking over. After about a week or so not one Roach had been seen. I came back for Thanksgiving and spent a week here and I am a night person and I get up in the middle of the night and coming out to the kitchen I have never seen not one critter the whole time I've been here. These people are awesome with whatever they use it works great I highly recommend them it is well worth the money!!!

Hired to help mouse proof my small home. Did initial inspection for over $200 and that doesn't get…read moreyou anything but pointing out areas. Would have been required to pay over $1000 for them to come and fill all areas and provide a guarantee. Decided to have him come back and close off the main access points only. This was another 500 dollars and I had to be the one to point out obvious entry points he was going to overlook. Not to mentioned that twice he failed to show up to do the work, or even notify me that he was not going to show, for appointments. When he did come back the effort made on the potential entry points was minimal and in some areas did not completely block the holes. In the end I spent over $750 and it was worthless.
