I called about two very tall trees on my property that I was worried about. Tim the owner answered and said he would stop by to take a look at them if could that day and sure enough, he did. He told me both trees needed to come down and quoted what my husband and I thought was a great price. Meanwhile, the trees were not only close to each other, they were also close to my privacy fence on one side and my retaining wall on the other which of course made it harder. I was worried about the possibility of the fence or wall being damaged but Tim assured me they would be extra careful and that nothing would happen to either. Tim's crew showed up on a Saturday morning to take down the trees. They were very nice and worked very safely, and quickly. I watched them for part of the time and was so impressed at how efficient they were and how well they all worked together cutting and cleaning up. Even my neighbor noticed and remarked about how quick and clean they were. In the end both fence and wall were just fine AND Tim was spot on about the trees because once they started cutting, I saw that the trunks had huge rotting holes in the middles! Needless to say, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done. read more

Tim (the owner) was great. I contacted him with my request and he was practically right over to look at the job and provide a great and comparable estimate. He revolved around my schedule and once I was available, they were there and completed the job within the same day. His equipment is top of the line and his workers were very respectful of the surroundings, especially with my outdoor furniture, moving them well away from the work area. In fact, when they placed the stuff back, I think they put it back better than I had it to begin with. I don't like writing reviews like this, but this is what yelp is for. I'm sure that All American Tree Care is a great company that does great work. However, my initial experience with them was quite poor. I needed some work done, I called and spoke with Tim on a Monday. I was told he would come out for an estimate the following day, Tuesday. Never showed. I assumed he was busy and gave him a few days. Still no response. I reached out again the following week, I got a phone call, was apologized to and told that afternoon someone would be out to look. No show again. Texted the following day asking what happened. No response. He finally showed up to my house the next day in the evening. 10+ days for AN ESTIMATE that took about 10 minutes. Not only did it take a long time to get the estimate, their price was more than double that of their competitors. The price is what it is, but the customer service was very poor. He could have done better, and just didn't. My suggestion to All American, treat your new customers with a little more respect. I can understand if you're busy, but you just left me out to dry. Keep this up and I expect you'll see more poor ratings. read more

I called Tim, the owner at 7:30 this morning. He came over 15 minutes later to give me an estimate for various work to be done. He had a crew nearby that could finish up and do our work today. What service! By the time I came home from work everything was done and cleaned up beautifully. He then showed up to inspect the job. It was not our first time using him, and we've always been happy with his work, his price, and most important his professionalism and customer service. read more

Amazing service! Tim and his team came to the rescue! My elderly mom had a huge tree that cracked and was leaning into the house. He returned my call and kept me informed via text. He then called to discuss what needed to be done. The cost was reasonable and what I had expected. The owner, Tim, was incredibly easy to work with, he was prompt and communicated with me every step of the way. Their workers are courteous, respectful and could not have been more accommodating. And the pricing is by far the best I found. I really cannot say enough good things about this company and their work ethic, and am incredibly happy with the work they did. The trees on our property had previously not been cared for and All American Tree Care took down dead or dying trees, and pruned branches that had become unsafe. Had an estimate provided back in September and agreed to have several trees removed from my property. After about 3 weeks waiting for an appointment I called and was told it would be a few more weeks as they were trying to combine clients in my area and I would here back soon. I was finally given an appointment in December. Several days before the appointment I received a call to reschedule to early January. It was then rescheduled again to January 31 and I was told that was the best they could do. Well I was ready on January 31 and nobody called or showed up. I would have been OK if they had provided notice that they would not be able to show up with some justification but to not show up or even call was totally unacceptable after all of this time. read more

We have hired Tim Katchetoorian and All American Tree Care several times throughout the years and have had a great experience every time. Mr. Katchetoorian, the owner, is professional and courteous, explaining what needs to be done and how his team is going to do it. His prices were very fair and firm; no extra added on charges at the end. His skilled crews worked fast and carefully, with each member knowing just what to do and everyone in sync with each other. In the last job, his crews handled everything from selectively trimming limbs on several tall (maple) trees to full removal of multiple trees close to the houses, including the removal of stumps and roots, in less than a day. It was especially impressive to watch the care they took when dealing with the tree limbs that were overhanging a neighbor's parking area. When they left, there was hardly a woodchip to be found and the stumps were ground below grade. We highly recommend this expert company and will definitely be using them again. read more
