He said I needed a controller board 10/10/2025. he wanted pay up front to order part. He would only accept check for $384.50. He said he would get board overnight express order. He had me out Clarissa Cruz on check his girl friend. Then in the next text it was 2 days, then later it was 5 days. then he stop communicating about his return to fix refrigerator. I finally went down after 12 days and reported to police. my son fixed my refrigerator without tools by restarting a couple times. it needed no parts. I was scammed. This is past dishonesty, it is theft.

The heating element in my dryer went out and the shocks on my washer needed to be replaced. Before, my washer would try to walk a full foot across the floor if I dared to wash just one sheet - like it was training for the Olympics. Blake fixed it up perfectly, and now it stays put like it should. He was professional, kind, and really cared about doing things right. Quick to respond, fair on price, and super knowledgeable. When we said we need to call our salesperson because it's under warranty he started cussing (using F word) and stormed out. Needed to replace a 20 yr. old dying hot water heater. Soon learned that most hot water heaters…read moreare now manufactured overseas and have limited life expectancies, warranties, and lots of problems. After extensive research I decided to go with a Bradford White (BW) replacement. Their hot water heaters are manufactured in the USA and have excellent reviews. Then I learned that they must be installed by a BW qualified plumber. More research led to Dewayne Holder who was also recommended by Kieth AirConditioning as one of "two of the best plumbers" in Marshall, Texas and known for their honesty. A recommendation like that from Keith AC in Marshall is "top of the line", the very best! Dewayne lived up to his reputation. He is modest, polite, and professional. He drained, disconnected and disposed of the old tank quickly, cleaned the tank closet, installed a rectangular water pan made specifically to fit beneath the new tank in the closet. It was a perfect fit! Dewayne then installed the new tank, tested it and made sure that everything was working to specifications. He helped me complete the warranty (with a 4 year extension to 10 year coverage) working with BWs' Warranty Department on-line. In a relatively short period of time we had a new working hot water heater up and running! He then re-sealed a troublesome, leaking commode, and stabilized and reinforced a loose drain pipe under our kitchen sink to prevent further leaking. He cleaned everything as he worked! All said, it was a good day! Dewayne got a lot accomplished and his bill was very reasonable. If you live in East Texas in the Longview, Tyler, Shreveport, Marshall - Jefferson areas, we highly recommend Dewayne Holder Plumbing...and also Bradford White hot water heaters and related equipment. From my beautiful freestanding bathtub to my black matte faucets these guys guided me step by step. Couldn't ask for better service and products Evan built a custom plan for me with different options based on the style I was building and he was able to offer different preside points for each item. They provide custom service that you can't get at a big box store. Happy to shop local while still able to choose from all the different manufacturers. They will be delivering my items next week.
