I don't like leaving bad reviews but this guy went too my house and supposedly replace 4 spring…read morerods and he couldn't even do it right way he replaced 2 spring rods and took the other 2 after my wife went inside too call her dad too help the guy out . I had paid for the parts like he requested and then he had too leave too take care of some other customer before he even checked if my washer was working right then I called him about my washer shaking worse and he didn't even answer my call but he texted me saying he would be there Sunday afternoon he never showed up I texted and called him about my washer or asking for a refund and now he doesn't answer my calls or text I think he blocked my number ! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! If I could give him ZERO STARS I WOULD

The heating element in my dryer went out and the shocks on my washer needed to be replaced. Before, my washer would try to walk a full foot across the floor if I dared to wash just one sheet - like it was training for the Olympics. Blake fixed it up perfectly, and now it stays put like it should. He was professional, kind, and really cared about doing things right. Quick to respond, fair on price, and super knowledgeable.
