The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. They responded with a Service Tech that afternoon. William said the motor is fine. Did some checking. Said it was a dirty flame sensor. In 45 minutes he was done, house was warming up and total cost $140. Pretty impressive. We are going to get a service contract with them and do think very highly of the fast and good service and happy with the cost for sure. Bing bang and done. And want to say Brenda was caring and great and made sure we had heat back on within hours of our call. Yep, they are now our company of choice.

They wrapped a short outdoor pipe with weather stripping, placed a plastic piece around a valve box for a washing machine, and changed out a toilet and vanity (which we provided). The amount of time they recorded was 7.5 hours to complete these tasks. The time plus expenses recorded cost $1,161. I was shocked to see the bill, considering what was completed. I spoke with my contractor and he stated we shouldn't expect to be charged for more than 5 hours. I called and spoke with Napps and was told they tried to fix the old toilet (which didn't work) and I was being charged for that time also, but they would take off the cost of the parts that didn't work. After more deliberation Napps agreed to also remove 2 hrs of the time initially charged. Although they did remove some of the initial charges I am still very dissatisfied with paying over $800 for such a small job. Buyer beware.
