It's not the fact they could not repair or fix them it is the fact that my burners have been there now for 3 months an they have not yet once called me to tell me they can't fix them. The first time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks before the could look at it (this was 2 weeks after I dropped the unit off) I called a month later an he said he had looked at it but couldn't give me any answers an to call him in a week or so. Then I asked him about my upright freezer that had problems, and my other refrigerator that the ice maker was not working and the refrigerator in my shop that had ice maker problems. He looked at all of them right then and made a parts list. Within 7 days he had all of the parts he needed and call Ed to schedule a time to come and install them.
