These guys don't want your business. I requested help with a leak. All they responded with was 'We cant get parts' (see image). They didn't even know what parts I would need. I'm not even a pool repair technician but I was able to get the part I needed MYSELF in 2 days and repair my own pool. But these guys couldn't.. or didn't want to UPDATE after reading owners reply to my poor review: No, I am not upset that they didn't come out and fix my problem - what I thought was poor service was when they simply replied that they cant get parts, when they didn't even assess to know what part was needed. They didn't tell me in their reply that this was not the type of work they did. Other companies did reply and say that and I understood - that's Yelps fault for recommending them. I simply thought that was poor customer service to just reply "cant get parts" without even knowing what part might be needed. They may be superior at leak detection. read more

What a great small business!! Pam and the guys who work for this company were honest from beginning to end. They were very communicative, the tech waited 15min for me to come home from work to explain the work which had been completed that day, he had been waiting in temperatures over 105... He even cleaned the stain on the bottom of the pool from the old water sitting! They explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. In July of 21, I contacted this company to detect a leak in my pool. Two weeks and $1000 later, company couldn't find a leak. I contacted another leak detection company that determined it was the pool's backwash. Two weeks ago, my pool guy sold his company and I had to find a new pool service co. Over 1 week span , and with all the rains, my pool turned green. I contacted All Aquatic again to get service and owner said it would cost $1500 to drain and treat. Again, I contacted another company that came out, treated and cleaned within 2 days at a reasonable cost. Yesterday , I sent All Aquatic a message that I was displeased with their performance and outrageous fees, to which they responded "I am so happy for you" . Glad their business is good. read more

I can't speak more highly of the efficiency of this group. The price was highly competitive with other companies. In addition, unlike other companies, they were able to schedule my appointment quickly rather than having to wait weeks or months. In addition, they not only find the leak (or leaks) but they also can repair them. Some leak companies just find the leaks but they do not provide options to repair the leak. I had a previous experience with a different leak detection company which found the leak but didn't repair it. Hiring a company which can only find leaks but will not repair them is a problem because the definition of "find the leak" is trickier than you might initially think. Suppose you have a "return" which is "leaking". So does that mean that you have "found the leak"? Do you replace the "return"? Do you drill through the concrete patio deck? Do you dig behind the pool? Do you tear up pool tile? My point is that in many cases "finding the leak" is not enough. What is necessary is you need to "find how to fix the leak" not "find the leak". That's why you want a leak detection company that will also fix the leak. In addition, the great thing about this group is they are very critical about their work and very thorough about checking everything out. They don't just "find a leak" and declare victory like some other leak detection companies. Instead, even if they find one leak they aggressively check and double-check for more leaks. Then, after they fix the leaks they check and double-check for more leaks as part of the job (which you would expect to be a minimum standard but sadly it is not for some other leak detection companies). In my case, they found a "return leak" and repaired it. Also had some crummy epoxy patches on my skimmers which had put on by a previous leak detection company for a lot of money. This company removed those patches and replaced it with a high-quality concrete-mixture which was a much more serious fix. My conclusion, don't just hire a Leak Detection Company because they are a big name. Hire someone who will do a quality job, will both detect and repair leaks, and will aggressively double-check that they have found and fixed all of the leaks. This family-owned business is intent on doing a quality job. If any of my friends or neighbors or family have a pool leak, I will strongly recommend they hire these guys. read more

Pump has flipped breaker the past two hot summer days. We called All Aquatic and they were available to stop over the same day we called them and quickly identified the problem as a bad capacitor. Andrew got the part and came right back, switched it out and we're good to go inside of three hours from first contact to completion. Friendly, locally owned business and great service. Andrew did a thorough test of all my lines and discovered my leaks were just the two skimmer boxes. One was replaced two years ago, and the other "repaired" by another leak detection company a year ago. Both were leaking badly because they hadn't been installed correctly. Garret came out and cut out the old seals and replaced them with the proper hydraulic sealing material. Problem solved! Wish I had called them the first time. read more

My pool was leaking and I was very concerned that I had a very expensive problem. When Andrew and PW got to my house they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair it much less expensively that I had feared. All Aquatic Pool worked with me to keep the cost down. What I liked most is they did not charge me for work that was not necessary just because they have a minimum fee to do a leak test.
