About 4 months ago things started to change. He was no longer reliable, truthful, or dependable. I discovered that he was lying about cutting different properties and was always filled with hundreds of excuses. Meanwhile, he then tells me he got a big mowing job at the VA. Well, I am happy for him, but you don't just kick your good customers that pay within an hour of the property being completed to the curb. His communication skills are totally absent, and you constantly have to run after him. When he starts making excuses, you need to cut him loose. There are many lawn care people out there that are dying for the jobs and the work. Find one of them and give them your business. Dwayne doesn't care. I'm so happy he corrected my understanding. Of the many times I've had my oak tree trimmed, this is by far the best it's ever looked. He went up higher into the tree to clean it up than any other service I've hired in the past. There were different issues with my crêpe myrtle and Mesquite trees and as with the Oak tree, he educated me and gave each tree what it particularly required. I thought the price was reasonable, he cleaned up after he was finished, and in my case, brush pick up day is several days away, and he stacked all of the brush exactly as I asked him to in such a way to minimize how much of it was on the edge of my lawn and how much of it was sticking beyond the curb. I had scheduled three services to come out and give me estimates. Faustino was the first business to contact me after I made my inquiry on Yelp and as a result the first business to come out and provide me an estimate. After he gave me the estimate, I told him I had some other businesses that were scheduled to come out and I would let him know after I've spoken to everyone. I was so impressed with my conversation with him during his visit to provide the estimate, that I decided there was no need to have the other two businesses come out and I cancel those appointments.
