After a brief phone call, we decided to stop in and talk to someone about our tops. We met with Jessica, who was a delight to deal with. We explained to her what we were trying to accomplish and had a few pics to show her, to give them an idea of the project. My wife and I were pleased to have a company seemingly looking forward to serve a customer. We made some color selections and set an appointment for the tech to come out and finalize the deal. It could have been risky for Marcos Antunes to call himself an artist, unless, as is the case, he actually is! He takes pride in his work and demonstrates that every step of the way. Often times in review you only hear what went wrong. In this case, I wish to tell you what went right. Marcos shows up when he says he will. He even comes to finish the job after payment to attend to the couple of items on my punch list. Do not be fooled by other cabinet refacers. It is extremely important that the cabinets are painted with an oil based paint. This is what Marcos uses. I am certain that it would be less expensive and less of a hassle to use a water based product, but I am also certain that the finished product would be not the same high quality. I cannot imagine receiving more value per dollar spent than I did with this project. I love my "new" cabinets. They have refreshed the look of my entire home.

I was considering hiring Wood Kitchen & Bath in Inverness for my total master bathroom remodeling…read more I met with their salesperson Frank at my house. He told me that he will prepare an estimate, but before the plumber would come out, I needed to pay a nonrefundable $500 for all the work he already had did. Having slow business, they skip the payment later and let the plumber come out anyways. I also wanted to replace my pocket door with old French doors of the same size as the original door. That was part of the original estimate. Another person came out with Frank and looked at my bathroom. They insisted that I would buy the vanity from their company as Frank told me that's where they make the money. Stupid comment from his side. The vanity they offered to me as a custom made would have been the same quality of the same item online, but $1,000 more expensive. So, I asked for an estimate without the vanity. They took it out but added $2,000 to the labor. When I asked why I was told it was for the French doors which were already in the original estimate, but because they would cause so much extra work. That's when I knew that they were trying to rip me off. My current contractor is putting those doors in for me for $300. When Frank from Wood Kitchen & Bath asked me why they did not get the job, I told him that he lost my trust! Something to consider hiring this company!

We had a good idea of what we wanted to do and Bill was able to put that plan on paper along with great suggestions that we adopted. He coordinated every step with sub contractors and every one was skilled at their trade. The biggest project turned out to be our big walk-in shower and Todd the tile contractor is meticulous. The company was easy to work with and weren't always hounding for $ at every milestone.

So many mistakes made by them. Didn't order the pull out drawers we asked for so had to pay extra…read moreto get them. Didn't order the "Skin" to hide the underside of the elevated cabinet. Had to wait an additional 6 weeks to get to find out they ordered the wrong size. Didn't communicate with the electrician so the lights we needed we couldn't get due to the positioning of the wiring. Talked to the owner and he said he comped me for stuff that I actually had paid for. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THEM!!!

When I got my quote, it actually ended up being $105 per square foot after installation. The installation is almost doubled the cost of the granite itself. It's absolutely insane. These men are ripping people off because they believe they're elderly and don't know any better. They service the villages, which is a retirement community and they pray on people who have no knowledge of how the business works. I've been in construction my entire life. I know how the business works when you quote $45 a square foot you don't jack it up by $60 to make extra money. It's absolutely Ludacris please do yourself a favor shop around and get quotes elsewhere. I got a quote on the exact same products from another company and it was 40% less than these guys for the exact same granite.

Wildwood Kitchen and Bath just finished replacing our old vanities in the master and guest…read morebathrooms. We really appreciated their showroom. We were able to actually see samples of the cabinets, counter tops and and faucets. We decided to pick the counter top material from their "remnants" to save some money. So, they took us to the yard and storage area to make our selection. We decided on quartz for the material. We ordered white cabinets, but when they arrived from the manufacturer they were "ash white" (light grey). Wildwood Kitchen handled the problem without a single complaint. I was very impressed with the removal of the old vanities and the installation of the new ones, the installation of the new quartz tops and undercounter sinks and the final plumbing. All of this was done as scheduled. Each person arrived within the time range that we expected. Employees were efficient, friendly and professional. Every job is different, but my experience with Wildwood Kitchen and Bath deserved the 5 star rating.
