When he inspected the kitchen he pro-rated the cost on site and we signed the contract. Then he removed the door panels same visit for the finish work at his shop. He can do the work and run the business. The cabinet guys he sent to finish the job did so admirably. The finished paint work was completed, door panels, cabinet frames, all new soft close door hinges, an upgrade. The cabinet guys are work oriented, no complaints, no smoke. Brian did a kitchen remodel for us this past spring and we are very satisfied how it turned out. He is very professional and willing to get you what you want. we kept the cupboarda, replaced all the cabinet doors. The painted cupboards ,replaced counter tops and put pull out drawers in all of the lower cupboards. It turned out beautiful!! The price was very reasonable compared to other bids we had. Our only recommendation is make sure you have good communication with the countertop person who measures, make sure you ask if there will be any seams on your countertops. We had an unwanted seam by the sink but they did return and made it much less noticeable and were very professionally about it. Brian is a very honest and talented business man. Everyone that sees my kitchen falls in love with it. I couldn't be more proud. My kitchen was done 6 years ago and the reason I am writing this now is because of a couple of problems that arose. Brian had them repaired within a couple of weeks. One of the problems was work from a sub he hired that went out of business He took it upon himself to contact the supplier and had it fixed immediately. In a community that contractors are either doing shoddy work or they take your money and don't return to finish the job. Had some water damage on cabinets near sink. The Cabinet Guys replaced damage cabinets and painted existing cabinets to match the new ones.

Great job on the cabinets. My complaint is #1 no touch up stain provided, #2 had new floor installed a while after spending over $12,000 for cabinet reface and needed stain for 1/4 rounds. we were told no, we will not sell you stain, we will do it for you. We were quoted a price of over $400 to stain $25 worth of 1/4 round. seriously? Petty and ridiculous! And they were VERY rude about it. read more

I used cabinet guys a while back to redo my kitchen. Debbie, her husband, Brian and EVERYONE were fabulous. My kitchen was completely done in a week. EVERYTHING they said took place exactly. Now I needed to replace my pantry in the laundry room. it was a custom floor to ceiling pantry. I was elated that they were still in business. Brian came out did his final measurements and came back a week later to do the install. The installers were meticulous, professional and did a wonderful job. my new pantry is awesome. I have so much more room and much better quality. I have referred them to many friends without hesitation. My friends are very pleased too. The process was super simple with a preliminary quote that was done completely through email, then he came to finalize the details and thoroughly explain the process a month later I had my dream kitchen! He was very knowledgeable and had great ideas to work around some of the issues I had with the setup of my original kitchen. Brian came out, was very patient....cause you need patience with me....explained everything in detail I could understand. I spoke to Bryan about my kitchen cabinets several times. I spoke to him about two weeks ago, he knew my cabinet size, and he planned to come to my home. I did receive a call from his office last week. I could not get back to him because I had a fall into a 40 gallon glass aquarium. I was hurt badly and could not even walk. After seeking medical attention, I returned his call today. I just returned the call and was informed that Bryan could not accommodate my job and suggested I get someone else. He DID tell me during one telephone call that THE CABINET GUYS were the best. His secretary tried to cover it up by saying it was her decision. Now I ask you - is there anyone at The Cabinet Guys that speaks the truth. I told her not to insult my intelligence because a secretary does not make those decisions. The worst company with the worst communication and the worst customer service. Small family owned company that have install crews up and quitting and they are sinking fast. Gave 50% deposit of $6700 and kitchen cabinets were not started installation until the first week of April. The owner decided to order different size cabinets than we contracted for without any phone call to discuss options. Owner ordered the cabinets purposely unglazed to save the money and tried to do the pin stripe line glaze himself which resulted in a very faulty product. It was a very awful experience and visa thankfully ended up giving us 100% of our deposit back after seeing the photos and reviewing our case. I would never ever recommend this company ever. Another cabinet company had to take over and finish our project as we had no doors or drawers, missing two upper cabinets and our very expensive french hood and the original company refused to return to our residence and left us hanging.
