While I was out and about on errands, my shifter components broke inside the console of my 2010 F-150. I couldn't shift into forward or reverse, so I called Triple-A. They called All Around Logistics & Towing and booked my tow. 10 minutes later, I got a call from Christina at All Around. She said she was a half hour out. 28 minutes later, she pulled up. She was very courteous and professional and got right to work. She didn't hesitate in figuring out how to get my truck pulled up onto her flatbed, even though my rear wheels wouldn't roll. Christina is not only a skilled rigger/driver, she is calm, confident and capable! owner accepted my tow request through AAA. Callied me to complain that mechanic (where it was being towed to) would be closed. I explained the owner knew the vehicle was coming in and he could drop off and put keys in drop box. I finally called mechanic and put him on 3 way call with tow driver to explain the process. after mechanic hung up All around Logistice tow driver stated he wasn't that far away and that he was on the way. well he went into his AAA app and CLEARED the call, rather than declining it. never advised me or AAA that he was not coming. he cleared the call like he had done the job. save yourselves the aggravation if you need a tow. unless you want a lying lazy jerk to ruin your day. read more

Of course I didnt forget my Awesome Tow truck Driver. But before I begin let me tell you how reliable this company was during my time of need. This was the only company that accepted my tow knowing I was carrying 3 people. All three people were able to fit comfortably in their tow trucks. Now the driver Mr. J Parrish you were awesome! He was professional and courteous. He communicated every step of the way and paid attention to detail. He made sure we were warm and okay out of the snow before he loaded and unloaded my car. The inside of his truck was very clean and and it smelled great! He also threw in some humor to lighten the mood during the ride because I was sooo hurt that someone hit my car.
