My daughter, who's in school in South Carolina, hit a curb and damaged her Mercedes C250. Living in Georgia, we felt helpless--especially after nine different tow companies either turned us down or showed up unequipped for the job. Then Ray from Heart's Towing came to the rescue. Ray arrived bright and early at 6 AM after promising to pick up the vehicle without causing any further damage, drawing on his 30 years of experience. Not only did he carefully tow the car without a scratch, but he also coordinated with the dealership, provided all our necessary information, and even followed up to see if we needed help finding a body shop. Terrible service they were located 6 mins from my location so i called them for a tow and my…read moreinsurance had just returned my call and said they had someone that can come out so I had to cancel due to insurance taking over so it can be paid through the insurance but Robert Towing wasn't happy about that and it just so had my insurance called them they gave my insurance a two hour wait time when they already had a guy on the way 6 mins from my location they still got paid from my insurance and the guy never showed up wouldn't recommend any services
