The closest Tesla dealership is almost 90 miles away so I had to find the fastest tire replacement possible so I contacted this company. Initially, they were responsive and fast but the technician ended up damaging the rear wheel. I took pictures immediately after I pulled over and clearly no damage but very visible after the install, which I mentioned. The technician denied it, stating he'd damage both wheels as if he couldn't have made a mistake on the first replaced which was the rear and corrected when installing the second. He also suggested to take the tires off and I pay a $400 service, completely asinine. I couldn't sit and argue with him. Got in contact with his manager/ owner Dave who stated he'd look into it and had no problem paying for the service if his guy damaged it. There are white marks on the tire directly across from the damage on the wheel. This corresponds with an issue with install. I was only asking for 10% refund of the total cost of the service for these cheap tires that were installed. It's the lack of accountability and tried to blame the tow truck company. They used soft straps and looped through the wheel, never touching the edges of the wheel. People make mistakes. Also, Dave stopped communicating with me after I provided the photos and tow info as he requested. It's bad customer service and business practice. See photos.

Five Stars for Heart's Towing - A True Lifesaver!…read more I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had with Heart's Towing! My daughter, who's in school in South Carolina, hit a curb and damaged her Mercedes C250. Living in Georgia, we felt helpless--especially after nine different tow companies either turned us down or showed up unequipped for the job. Then Ray from Heart's Towing came to the rescue. Ray arrived bright and early at 6 AM after promising to pick up the vehicle without causing any further damage, drawing on his 30 years of experience. Not only did he carefully tow the car without a scratch, but he also coordinated with the dealership, provided all our necessary information, and even followed up to see if we needed help finding a body shop. His professionalism, confidence, and sincere customer care left us feeling relieved and well-supported, even from 300 miles away. Heart's Towing truly delivered top-notch service, and I wish I could give them ten stars. Ray went above and beyond to make a stressful situation manageable. Highly recommend Heart's Towing for anyone in need of reliable, experienced, and compassionate service.

**** UPDATED REVIEW (08/16/25) ****…read more Since I've been accused of being a liar (Google review) , here's my detailed experience: I visited this shop for a used tire the Saturday before last. When I returned to my vehicle after being told the work was finished, I walked behind it to get to the driver's side and found my spare--normally stored underneath the car--lying on the ground. No one said anything to me about it, including whether they had the skillset to put it back. Since the shop was closing, I had no choice but to load it into my trunk myself (they get 1 star for getting me in at the last minute). Earlier this week, I called and was told I could bring the car back so they could store it properly. After making the trip, the staff admitted they did not know how to reinstall it underneath the vehicle. This was never mentioned on the initial day of service or when I called before making the second trip. For a tire company--new or used--not having the skillset to put a spare back in its proper location is unacceptable. In all the years I've gone to reputable tire shops, I've never once had to leave with my spare unsecured or in the wrong place. The fact that this happened here, and that I'm still driving around with my spare taking up trunk space, speaks volumes about their level of professionalism. The owner is now claiming my review is "false," but the facts are straightforward: If the spare had never been removed, it wouldn't have been on the ground behind my car. If the staff knew how to reinstall it, they wouldn't have admitted otherwise. TO YOU "OWNER"... If your feelings are truly what you say they are regarding not storing spares in their rightful places (customers, take heed), I suggest you make that policy known via signage as well as verbally to customers. This is coming from a business owner myself. Because of this, I've wasted gas, time, and mileage--and instead of accountability, I've been accused of lying. That only makes an already disappointing experience worse.
