I would NEVER entrust Soshi (or Princess Xochitl as she calls herself), to be in care of my four pets ever again, and would caution anyone considering doing so. Soshi was paid ahead of time and committed to coming for eight visits while I was out of town over an extended weekend. Come to find out at the end of my trip, that Soshi had opted to NOT show up for THREE of the visits she was supposed to come for and LIED about doing so. Beyond that, and more devastating, she left my dogs confined in the house, without relief or care for over 24 HOURS. It seems Soshi was naïve or clueless in thinking that all of her actions were not trackable through the security system. On February 10th, she entered my home at 8:19AM and didn't return until the next day, on February 11th, at 8:28AM. It's beyond heartbreaking, thinking about my poor dogs and what they were enduring during this time. On the day before, which she again chose to skip (February 9th), they were restricted in the house for a span of 14+ hours on two occasions. Now going back, she was texting me that she was 'on her way', but never entered the house and never took care of my pets that were trapped inside all day. I trusted Soshi being in my home and had her in my house on occasions prior to this. There were blunders with her back in August, where she clogged my toilet and had the cops sent to the house, from not disarming the alarm. I should have known better then and had verified she was actually coming when she said she was. In a clear reflection of her lack professionalism, Soshi continued to be deceitful about the situation along with being combative. Her indifference and carelessness is completely unfathomable. Her actions were not only neglectful, but boarding on abusive. How a woman like her is claiming to run a legitimate "Pet Sitting" business, yet lacks any compassion, is alarming. I just hope to save others from enduring a traumatic situation such as this. read more

Yay for All Around Pet Sitting! They literally saved the day and weekend for us. We just moved to Denver and are used to having family or friends take care of our little ones while we are away but it just slipped our minds that we needed to find someone, AND QUICK! Thankfully, Xochitl got back to me super quickly with affordable rates! She even picked up our little ones for an extra fee which helped us out greatly! Roxy was on just as much of a vacation as we were during her stay at All Around Pet Sitting! She felt much at home and enjoyed the company of other dogs with similar energy levels and lots of playtime. Xochitl is also very professional, prompt, and accommodating. Our first flight was cancelled before our trip and we had to reschedule to an earlier time. Xochitl (All Around Pet Sitting) is amazing! She truly cares for the animals she watches and our dog Bongo gets along fabulously with her dog Hercules. It is so reassuring when Bongo can't contain his excitement as we pull on the street to drop him off. Xochitl always checks in with pictures and updates on a daily basis and is patient with our boy, as he is VERY high energy (which we know can be very annoying sometimes :) ). Also, she is very flexible with timing and has even helped with pickup from our home when our travel plans have been changed due to weather or other circumstances. We love Xochitl and All Around Pet Sitting! We first found her over Thanksgiving when we were in a bind and she was able to take our fur baby in a pinch, and has four times sense! She is so sweet and doting to him, and sends us great pictures and updates. We love that there is an option for pick up and drop off (for a small charge but well worth it for busy folks), and we love that her home is so comfortable and inviting and our pooch has other dogs and even kiddos to play with. All Around Pet Sitting was the best decision we could have possibly made when we went out of town for Memorial Day. We had recently adopted our first cat and were very careful/suspicious about letting anyone take care of our new cat. Xochitl really connected with our timid cat (Papita) during the initial meet-and-greet. Xochitl eased any doubts we had because she is kind, well organized and extremely professional. While we were away, she sent us super cute photos which illustrated how happy our cat was. Additionally, she let us know when she would be visiting/leaving our place. If I could give more than five stars, I would. This is a wonderful pet sitter. She has had to give meds to 2 of my cats, did wonderfully. My previous pet sitter saw her with my cats and said they really love her. She is very responsible, sends me pictures, always on time, which is very important for my diabetic cat. Love Xochitl (the owner) and All Around Per Sitting!! My husband and I moved from Las Vegas to Denver within the past 6 months. However, we needed to travel to Boise for 5 days for my graduation. In Vegas, our pups (Jubaliee and Malibu) were very comfortable with our last sitter, and we want that same sense of ease living in Denver. Xochitl provided that and more!! She responded to our quote request very promptly, and her pricing was beyond affordable. She required a meet and greet to see if our pups would get along with her puppy (Hercules), and to gauge the overall temperament of the dogs. Xochitl made a point to gather as much information about the pups' schedule, feeding and medical needs, as well as any requirements my husband and I may need to put our minds at ease while we were away. Xochitl sent us daily texts and photos, so we were able to see our dogs enjoying themselves. Also, Xochitl help one of my pups with her dry skin by spending extra time applying aloe vera to her coat and de shedding her. Everything went so smoothly! If you are looking for someone to love your fur baby almost as much as you do while you're away, look no further. We did a test run sleepover here with our 14 year old finicky diva doxie and she instantly fell in love! We moved from Florida recently and our Harley was not too excited about the change. However, I could tell after just one sleepover here that she was completely at ease and happy with her stay. Xochitl is so accommodating, very professional and most important, it's obvious she loves and understands animals! She kept us up to date on Harley's day with pics and texts while we were away. I feel much more comfortable having the personalized attention and care! She provides a loving, safe environment and I didn't worry at all about the care she was getting while we were gone. We live a little ways away but love it here so much, we make the drive just to make sure we have someone we trust watching our dog at times we can't take her places with us.
