My mom has mobility issues. Getting in and out of a shuttle isn't the easiest. We could relax in this SUV and she had no issues getting out of it. 3) private service. Josh was our photographer, tour guide and even purse holder for the day. He knows a lot about wine! At the end of our tour he brought in all of our wine! We could do things at our own puce. 4) the price was comparable to other services. The price does not include tastings but that is ok. Sometimes you just want a glass or two. He was extremely courteous, gave a few suggestions regarding wineries and the basic plan for the day and was very nice to spend the day with. Rick and Erica texted us before we arrived to ask if we wanted an array of coffee from the coffee bar on board and we were greeted with our orders. We also had so many snacks and drinks available. One of the greatest things is that this isn't a preselected tour and you can go where you please during the allotted time. They even dropped us in town for dinner at the end of our time. They even dropped the price $50 an hour. Our crew of guys was picked up by Gary at our house and just told him where we wanted to go and he mapped it out for us and got us where we wanted to be. We had a great 5 hours and were very pleased with our transportation around Johnson City! We thank you for giving us a great time and being so accommodating! It looks like an airport shuttle, but the inside is so cute. Bench style seats line the inside walls. Wine bottle motif adorns the ceiling, along with colorful lights that change colors. The sound system is loud and made it fun listening to our music and for karaokeing. We loved being able to make our own itinerary and visit wineries we wanted to go to. My favorite was TWC, they paid attention to us and were very helpful. The second location they were not so attentive and our tour guide was irritated and we could all tell. Our tour guide was Ron and he was wonderful. He made sure we were taken care of and helped. I would absolutely book this again when I come back.
