We had to wait 30 mins but they show up and are very reliable. Other taxi services in Fredericksburg not so much. The driver gave us his card and when we called he told us when he would be there and he was there. We will use them over Uber which was very unreliable when visiting Fredericksburg again. It looks like an airport shuttle, but the inside is so cute. Bench style seats line the inside walls. Wine bottle motif adorns the ceiling, along with colorful lights that change colors. The sound system is loud and made it fun listening to our music and for karaokeing. We loved being able to make our own itinerary and visit wineries we wanted to go to. He picked me up in Llano and drove me about 40 minutes to Marble Falls where I had a U-Haul truck waiting, pointing out cool landmarks and places of interest along the way. We arrived at my destination in Marble Falls, only for me to discover that my U-Haul reservation had fallen through. I made some calls to find another option nearby, and Eugene was kind enough to wait around and stay in the area just in case I needed to go somewhere else. Sure enough, I needed another ride, and he was kind enough to provide it at no extra cost. Eugene is a great guy and the only person you should call for a ride when you're in the area - he will save your bacon like he saved mine!

We were able to book about a month and a half out and Patrick was very easy to set things up with. After a little confusion regarding cars and schedule Saturday morning our driver, John, arrived. He was extremely courteous, gave a few suggestions regarding wineries and the basic plan for the day and was very nice to spend the day with. Patrick was obviously concerned with making sure we were getting the service we wanted and very friendly when we ending up running in to him at one of the wineries. All in all, this is a great service. They care about their customers having a good time and enjoying their trip. I would recommend them and use their service again in the future!
