My mom and I went to Fredericksburg for a fall getaway. I was going to hire a shuttle tour of wineries. I discovered Vintage on Yelp. I'm so glad I did. 1) personalized service. Josh took us to 4 wineries personalized to our tastes. Your tour is likely going to be nothing like ours. If you want a distillery tour they can do that too. 2) new, clean vehicle. My mom has mobility issues. Getting in and out of a shuttle isn't the easiest. We could relax in this SUV and she had no issues getting out of it. 3) private service. Josh was our photographer, tour guide and even purse holder for the day. He knows a lot about wine! At the end of our tour he brought in all of our wine! We could do things at our own puce. 4) the price was comparable to other services. The price does not include tastings but that is ok. Sometimes you just want a glass or two. This was the best decision I could have made for a wine tour. Lezli was so helpful and gave me tons of ideas for our itinerary. Josh was the best driver. So kind and personable. He kept my mom and I on our schedule but never made it feel like we were being rushed. Also, if we were enjoying more time at one place, he called to rearrange our other tasting times. We had the best time on our wine tour with Josh! It was super easy to make a reservation, we told Josh a few of the places we wanted to stop and he made reservations for us in advance. We went to Fredericksburg for our anniversary weekend and hired Josh from Vintage Car Services for safe transportation from one vineyard to the next. Their service was not like your typical "van" wine-tour. They reached out to us ahead of time to understand what our preferences were and to customize our wine-tasting experience. They have established relationships with the most prestigious wineries with the best views in Fredericksburg. Every other visit to Fredericksburg we only hit the wineries along the main drive coming into town, this visit was by far the best experience we have ever had. We were able to visit the vineyards that would require appointment only and Josh took pictures of us along the way with a professional camera that made a perfect memory book for the weekend. Josh also pre-ordered lunch for us and had everything prepared in a cooler for us to enjoy.
