Without even the ability to have flashers work on my car (due to no electrical) and an hour of phone calls with AAA to finally have them say; "we can't provide service for you tonight, you will have to wait until tomorrow morning..." I was scared and frustrated. One call to Bobby's and they had a true patriot at the scene. Ricky was not only experienced and knowledgeable but also a veteran who has served our country and it showed. I think he knew how nervous I was about being on the side of a busy highway at night without flashers and it being pitch black with cars whizzing by at 80 miles an hour. With all that said he was calm and professional. There weren't scare tactics, guilt trips of it being late on a Friday night or bad-mouthing of "other companies". None of it. After the service, I asked for a receipt and was told it would be emailed. A day later, I still hadn't received anything, so I sent a follow-up email--no response. I had to drive all the way back just to get my receipt. When I finally got it, the receipt was vague and unprofessional. It didn't break down the cost of parts and labor--instead, everything was lumped together. They charged me $100 to replace an engine oil drain plug cap and "diagnose" the issue. I looked up the part on the dealership's website--it costs just $12. You do the math. This kind of lack of transparency and excessive pricing is unacceptable. I wouldn't trust them again. And I just realized the receipt had actually been created that same day ( the day I drove back)---meaning they didn't even prepare it after my service like they said. That's incredibly dishonest.

Alba towing showed up and spent nearly three hours at my home trying to tow the vehicle out of my garage. Not the fault of the tow driver. We could not figure out how to put my new 2022 Corsair into towing mode. Lincoln completely changed the procedure for towing emergency use and my tow driver stood patiently by my side for nearly three hours as I was on the phone with Lincoln directly as well as two of their service techs who had no clue about the changes made to the vehicle that was preventing us from getting it into a mode to be towed. The Alba driver was extremely professional but even more, very patient and understanding. At one point, when he saw we might need to use dollies to get my vehicle out of my garage and that the opening was too tight, he went and sought out smaller dollies from one of his associates and returned back to my home to finish the job. At that point, I finally found out the method for putting my car into neutral tow and he was able to get it out of my garage without the dollies. There was so much confusion and back-and-forth conversation with various representatives and service technicians with no way to figure out how to move my vehicle. Throughout it all, my tow truck driver stayed with me. He never complained once. And to take it one step further, he came back a second time to finish a job he could have done the next business day -- but he felt that he wouldn't sleep if he didn't get the job done. I can't thank Alba enough for the service and overall level of patience and professionalism that was shown to me during a very aggravating ordeal. That visit to my home took up his entire day and away from other jobs. And even after the job was done, he made certain that he sent me photos of my vehicle to show that it arrived at its towed destination without any damage. This is a first-rate towing service with a great level of care for the customer.
