Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional.
