As you can see, he achieved a perfect floor match--even though the previous stain was a blend of three different Minwax colors. He knows his stuff and helped guide us through the whole process. His prices were also very fair and appropriate when compared to many of the other vendors we received quotes from. We had our basement floor, main floor and upstairs floor replaced with MSPC. We had two flights of stairs done with hardwood + stain. We also had our wooden balusters replaced with iron ones. I found this company through Instagram and contacted them after seeing what looked like good work. Hector came to my home and said that while he handles the contracts, his very experienced father would be doing the actual flooring. That gave me confidence to hire them. However, on the day of the job, only three workers showed up -- and his father never came. When I asked where he was, Hector said he would be coming "soon," but he never showed up at all. The worst part was discovering, after the crew had left, that a special green pot -- which my sister and I had painted together 15 years ago -- had been broken and hidden in a corner of my garage. They turned the broken side around so I wouldn't notice right away. When I checked further, I also found a dent on the wall inside my house. They never told me about either. I texted Hector immediately. Instead of apologizing, he bluntly asked how much it would cost -- no empathy, no responsibility. Only after I pointed it out did he say "sorry" and asked for the amount again. I told him $100 for the sentimental pot and the wall repair. I sent him my Zelle info, but till now, no money and no communication. This company has no professionalism, no transparency, and absolutely no respect for your home or your emotions. They damaged my property, tried to hide it, and then ignored me. Please do not go by their Instagram reviews or flashy reels. My experience felt like a scam. Be very careful before trusting Hector or this company.
