In short, FF did NOT sand my floors, they simply applied stain and and polyurethane, which left almost all scratches and imperfections, was uneven and looked terrible, and also came off when rubbed. They just made a mess!! I had 3 different companies look at the floors after "Fabulous Floors" did them. ALL 3 of them said the job could only be fixed except by starting over and sanding them properly, which ALL also said was not done! PLEASE look at the photos I took after they FF horrific job, then BUYERS BEWARE.

After the floors were refinished, my movers severely damaged them by dragging a jukebox with a broken leg across a 5 foot area. I literally cried, and called Bruno back with little hope. His team was able to perform an undetectable spot repair on the damaged section of the floor. It is literally perfect, because the damage is in front of a wall of windows, which hides nothing. The photos speak for themselves. I chose the Bona commercial water based finish, which is a specialty finish for durability, since I have a dog. I went with the matte finish for better durability to hide my dog's wear and tear. This is the second home I used Bertolli's services, and I highly recommend them!
