I used their services for several months and had a variety of problems the entire time. The first…read moretime they mowed at my rental property they damaged the siding on the house. I give them credit for replacing it after I called and sent pictures, but it took several days for them to get it right. When I moved into my current rental home, I carried my service over with me and had frequent problems with them not coming on my set day (even when it hadn't rained all week). They never notified me and this made it difficult to know when I could allow my dog to be outside and when I would spend extra time cleaning up after him. On many occasions I would be frustrated because it just seemed as if the workers would race through the job and not really care to do a good job. Some areas would be longer than others, and I had to ask them on multiple occasions to cut the grass shorter. The final straw came when they mowed my lawn when it clearly had standing water all over it. There were deep gauges put into my back lawn and though I attempted to contact them multiple times during the month this occurred, they didn't respond until 2 months had passed. I've never had such horrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
