I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Orlando Towing Group, LLC. While providing the…read moreservice I needed, they ended up damaging my vehicle in the process, specifically my rim. When the tow truck arrived, I expected the driver to handle my vehicle with care and expertise. Unfortunately, that was far from the reality. As they loaded my car onto the truck, they carelessly scraped my rim against the tow truck's equipment, causing noticeable damage. To make matters worse, Orlando Towing displayed a complete lack of responsibility for their actions. I was told (from the owner) to pay for the tow and the incident would get straightened the following day. The next day, I call and was told to come in (by an employee), only to show up to a junk yard with a vacant trailer. Not only did the owner go against his word, I had to wait an hour just for him to call me and try to send me to another location. I call back about an hour later (because he still has yet to show up) to let him know I was going to get a quote for the damage on my rim. He proceeded to yell and curse saying "I'm not paying for shit" and that I was threatening him. His dismissive attitude towards a customer's property and refusal to take responsibility for the mistake says everything about his character and the way he conducts business. My encounter with Orlando Towing Group, LLC was nothing short of a nightmare. From the negligent handling of my vehicle, resulting in a damaged rim, to their dismissive customer service and outright lack of professionalism, I strongly advise against using their towing services. After the arrival time came and went got no updates. Called the provider and no one answered the phone. Called again no answer. Waited another 20 minutes later and finally got Veronica on the phone. She was absolutely terrible. She said that the time was just an estimate and they are not responsible for giving an update that is on the insurance provider. It is not their job to keep the customer updated. This is just how all tow companies work. She put me on hold and said it was going to be another 30 or more minutes before they would be able to maybe get to me. Maybe. This is now 4 and a half hours after the request for a tow was put in with the company and they were still not coming. Veronica started to pretend like she was having phone issues and then put me on hold and after waiting she hung up. Called back and she did not answer. Called back again and she didn't speak into the phone. She finally said she was having phone issues. At this point became very upset. She was faking having phone issues to avoid helping me. She said this is how all towing companies work. They don't provide actual times and you just need to figure it out with your insurance company. And said I was acting privileged for expecting an accurate time estimate or some sort of update. That it wasn't the tow companies fault. This is the industry standard. No it isn't the industry standard, if they could not provide the service in a timely manner they should not have taken the job or they lied about the time estimate. She then cancelled the towing request without telling me. And just hung up the phone. I found out from a text from the insurance provider the service was cancelled. Would never try using them. The customer service alone is appalling.

Obviously I was upset and I made that very clear, but it wasn't like I yelled at her or used foul language.
