I don't know what the other reviews are about, but Steve was awesome. I called him on Saturday for a quick job. He called me right back, offered to move some stuff around and came out to my house the next day to scope out the job. He gave me an honest and great bid ($250 a tub) and came out the next day to do it. The tub look RIDICULOUSLY awesome and so professional. I think Steve was nice, accommodating and very responsive to any question I had. I would recommend Steve and All Bath and Counter, regardless of what these other people are saying. read more

I bought my house 2001, it was built in 1980, so I've got a couple very well aged fiberglass tubs. I've had one done a couple of times as they just don't hold up forever, but it lasted over a decade. Both times I was very pleased. I also got new hardware for the shower in November of 2018 and Dean came for the first time. He's a hell of a dude, couldn't be nicer and the patch work he did around the faucet was flawless. He came back today to fill and resurface the other tub, still the same nice guy and the results were again fantastic. Steve has also been nothing short of a pleasure to do business with. I needed my porcelain kitchen sink resurfaced and my bathroom counters refinished as well. I made an appt. for 11/29/2011. Steve showed up for the appt. on time, but without all of his color samples. The first thing he told me was that he didn't warranty porcelain sinks. He did tell me that if I didn't use the sink for 10 days, then the finish would have enough time to cure and it would be fine. When I showed him the bathroom counters he brought out the 4 or 5 samples he had brought, none of which I cared for. I told him I wanted a solid color, which of course was among the samples that he didn't have with him. Steve gave me a quote and a tentative date to do the work (Thursday, 12/8). Plus he promised to have someone drop off the color samples the next day. This didn't happen. I called him the following day and he admitted that he'd forgotten but would take care of it of that day. That didn't happen either. Needless to say he was a no show on the day the work was to be done. I have since learned that the reason he doesn't warranty porcelain sinks is because he doesn't prime them. If Steve didn't feel like he wanted to or couldn't do the job, then he should've told me up front rather than stand me up. It would've saved me time and aggravation. His behavior was very unprofessional and frankly, immature. The company I've finally contracted with (Rubber Duck Refinishing) has a 5-year warranty on everything they do. They're more expensive, but my guess is that their work will last longer. read more

After getting quotes from several other companies, I opted for ABC since it was about $50 cheaper than competitors and because they were able to do next-day service. The contractor Mike was a nice guy and showed up on time. He explained how the service would go and the time each step would take, which they did. He came and went as needed and didn't bother my work around the house. I even left him alone at the house while I ran an errand, and all was good when I got back. The only hiccup was that he didn't caulk the edges, so after I mentioned this to the woman who called for the credit card info later that day, she spoke with Steve who offered to have Mike come back out to do the caulking that night. After speaking with Mike, we decided it was best for him to come back the next morning around 8. He tried to give me more time to sleep in and came closer to 9:30a which was a bit annoying since I woke up early to let him in, but since I had asked for him to call when he arrived, it was just a lack of communication on our part. Any way, when he got there, he even stripped the old caulking before doing the new round. Nice touch. The tub now looks great and I'm happy with ABC's service. I recommend them for tub refinishing, but just make sure you stay a part of the process to ensure you get what you want/expect. read more

We had this company previously resurface our tub in 2014 and they did a good job. Fast fast forward to 2019, we needed the tub redone. I scheduled my appointment with Steve to come re-evaluate the tub and get a quote. We were to resurface one tub, caulk and clean the tiles of 2 tubs.. he missed his first appointment to come and give a quote. The night before our appointment Steve texted to say he couldn't come due to a delay in the schedule. I took a day off work to get this done. His response was " Ok I will figure something out, I guess I'll take the heat in some other areas" I offered to reschedule the appointment for my next availability. We agreed on a new day and time for the work to be done. The morning of the appointment I texted and called to verify we were still on. Steve's response was "I'm so sorry....we won't be able to make it today" this was strike 2 for me. I had already rescheduled to accommodate Steve's mistakes twice !! I decided after talking with Steve this morning that this was not going to work for me. He has operational /staffing issues, which is not my concern but when his tone of voice with me changed that was my red flag! This is not acceptable ! I was just trying to verify the price of the job . He did offer to pull 2 guys off another job but that was inconvenient to another customer. He lost my business and I'm sure their will be many more unhappy customers read more

Got a quote about 6 weeks earlier for both the upstair bathroom and master bathroom. The quote only came in for the upstairs bathroom and was described more like the master bathroom. He never corrected it. When I said I just wanted the upstairs tub done without the counter top refinish and counterface his price was higher and kept referring to the wrong items and said the quote was only good for 30 days so the price went up?? After a few emails back and forth I told him he was hard to deal with because he was so off base with his bid and details. Also told him I was better off going with a more organized professional company. So his final email back he says I am a jerk or an idiot and he didn't want to do work for me anyway??? Seems like he is good half the time with customers, my experience was like the other people with one star. read more

My first impression of Steve is that his sole purpose in owning a business is to make money. He said things like, "well I would charge less if you also got your tubs refinished, because otherwise there's just no money in it for me if I only charge you ___ for the vanities without getting additional work done". This was in response to me questioning the difference in quote he gave me over the phone since the quote in person was much higher. Well, his prices were still slightly better than a competitor, so I went with him (my mistake). He forgot the color samples for the cabinets and said he would drop them off the following day, which didn't happen. Then he calls me late in the afternoon the day before our scheduled appointment. His message explained that he couldn't remember if he had me on the books for tomorrow. I called back and left a message saying that we were indeed still on for that day. I didn't hear back but I assumed I answered his question. That night, my husband and I cleaned out the vanities and removed the faucets. I was told his men would arrive at 9am the next morning. 10am rolls around and still no one. I call Steve and he says that since I didn't call him back (which I did, as I explained earlier), he didn't send anyone. He ends up sending two men in the late afternoon. First of all, the fumes were awful. I expected some, but this was ridiculous. The men were protected with masks, while the house is flooded with the fumes. I ended up going outside while they worked because they were so bad. A heads up would have been nice, and I didn't realize what was going on until it was too late. I left the windows open throughout the hot day to try to air out the house, and it's still a little strong. Steve had still not given me the color samples, so I said we could just go with the "mocha" color that he had described earlier. The next morning they were supposed to come and do the cabinets, but Steve called and changed the time to 1. Once again, a whole hour goes by and I call to find out where the men are. One shows up a few minutes later and gets to work. I was instantly a little nervous, because this was the guy I heard the other one coaching the previous day, so I got the sense he was new (I later have this suspicion confirmed). He does his work (once again, strong fumes), I pay him, and he leaves. After the fumes have calmed down I go into the bathrooms to check the work. I immediately notice several scuffs, and call Steve. I then noticed entire areas which weren't even sprayed and dried paint drips and called again. Steve says he'll touch up with a paint brush (but the cabinets were SPRAYED). Steve said, he must not have sanded them well (based off the paint drips) AND he isn't my actual cabinet guy (okay.... So why did you send someone who wasn't trained?!??). Are we supposed to just deal with the fact that you didn't send someone qualified? He blames the guy for the shoddy work and saws he'll be firing him. He completely missed taking responsibility for sending an inexperience guy out who clearly wasn't properly trained. After getting off the phone with him, I looked inside the vanity and saw our big mixing bowl which we had previously put in there to catch dripping water from the sink when we removed the faucets. Well, my bowl was covered in spray paint. That's right, the guy didn't even get the bowl out from under the sink before he sprayed. When I moved the bowl, there was a large untouched area. Obviously he also didn't sand the cabinets either to have missed that. So, I called Steve back and left a voicemail and didn't hear back. My husband and I decided to do a stop payment our check until the work is fixed, and we weren't convinced he would make it right since he had already been paid. Steve eventually called when he saw the stop payment. I told him in order to be paid, he will need to fully sand and refinish the cabinets since they are pealing, bubbling, and uneven- which "touching up" won't fix. I never heard from him again. Bottom line, don't send an employee to a customer's house who you're fully aware he doesn't know how to properly paint cabinets. That's not his fault, it's yours. read more

Resolution: Filed BBB complaint. Mr. Williams admitted to damaging some property and agreed to a partial refund. However, he failed to reach a final agreement via the BBB process. Arbitration was suggested, but I rejected that because I would have to pay for it. Fortunately, I had paid Mr. Williams with a credit card, so my request for a partial refund was ultimately successful via my bank. However, Mr. Williams to this date has not rescinded his threat to place a lien on my house. I've come to realize that he does not have the much legal standing, but I take such threats seriously. Mr. Williams still seems to think that cutting and running from agreed to work is acceptable. He may be a good find for very small jobs involving one to two persons. Anything more complicated than that should be handled by a well established contractor. Of course, in retrospect, I should have gone with a market price contractor instead of trying to "save a buck" with All Bath and Counter. I lost several times more going with Steve than I had initially budgeted for! Beware! read more

Just under 5 years ago, we had our master bath refinished. The reason for having the refinishing is that a crack had developed that was increasing in length around the side of the tub. I was delighted with the results--like having a new tub. About a year or so ago, I noticed that the crack was starting to reappear in the new finish. The crack has been getting longer over time--maybe even longer than the first crack. I started trying to contact Steve in August. He initially replied but then has not replied to any of my emails asking for him to come out to do warranty work. I realize this is a tricky situation--I don't know what is causing the crack. That may be why we aren't getting anywhere. We are still within the 5 year warranty period so I was hoping to at least get some answers on what to do next. read more

I am in the process of repairing a property to get ready to sell. The sink bowls in both bathroom vanities had a "spider web" cracking pattern. I also needed one bathtub re-finished. I initially emailed All Bath and Counter via their website. Steve called early the next Monday and left a message saying that he had been out on vacation the week before, and asked that I call him for an estimate. I did return his call; we set an appointment for an estimate. His bid was lower than others without any difference in the described work procedure. I immediately accepted the proposal and scheduled the work. His worker arrived a few minutes early, performed all work as described in the estimated amount of time and collected a check for the amount quoted. Work looks good, too early to comment on durability. Can't ask for anything more. read more

They refinished both of my tubs and tile surrounds. Changed the tile colors from 1970's baby blue and 1970's yellowish/brown...to a nice off white. Changed the tubs from sort of beige...to nice bright white. The guys did a good job. They spent several hours cleaning the tubs and tile before the refinishing. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. No complaints. read more

Steve at All Bath is the Best!! He resurfaced my tub 14 years ago and it was like new for at least 10 years. I am now having him resurface it again tomorrow and I am so excited to walk into my bathroom and see "a new" tub again! I have also had him resurface a Formica counter top and it went from being a dingy navy blue to what appeared to be brand new neutral color (off white) Formica! My jaw dropped when I saw it! We were absolutely delighted with Steve and his crew. His bid was half the nearest other bid for the same work. Our master bathroom was filled with outdated unattractive faux-marble around the shower, bathtub and counter tops. Steve and his crew took apart the shower and put in a glass surround, tiled the walls of the shower, resurfaced the giant tub, added a tile surround to the tub, put tile on the front of the tub and resurfaced the counter tops. Steve was personally there through most of the work working right alongside the other workers - which I appreciated. The workers showed up on time, did excellent work and left the workspace clean. Fast and friendly, Steve W. and his crew did an awesome job at my house in G'tn. I am prepping my house for sale and could not afford to put in fancy tile or granite in my master bath. Oversize, oddly constructed shower enclosure and sink counter top were prepped, including filling in cracks and fixing a poorly designed drain and seat, then coated and buffed out with the utmost efficiency. Bathroom now looks better than new. Dust had settled on countertop and Steve re-coated and buffed to make sure that the surface was perfect. It is refreshing and much appreciated to find people that take pride in their work and a job well done. Kudos to AB&C. read more

The owner, Mr. Williams, could not be nicer or more helpful. His company fixed the crack in the bottom of our bathtub, applied nearly a half inch of reinforcement and coated the bathtub in one day. The work looks great! It also saved us at least 800.00 (the cost of getting a new tub with installation). We look forward to having our cabinets done in the near future. read more

I really cannot say enough good things about Steve. We renovated a home that was built in the early 1980's and it had a cast iron tub in great condition, but an ugly color. Rather than demo it out just to put a white tub in its place we contacted Steve and he refinished it. Now, I'm going to tell you the best thing about Steve in an unusual way. The finish failed. That's right, it didn't stick the first time. Notice I'm still rating them 5-stars. Steve was extremely attentive and made it right, refinishing the tub at no cost and with a great attitude. I don't expect things to always be perfect- that's a totally unrealistic way to go through life. But I do expect good customer service, and Steve has that nailed. Highly recommend All Bath and Counter. (BTW: the new finish is holding up great and it looks like a brand new tub even though it's more than 30 years old). read more

I had a detached broken sink, i called this company on 4/19/2017, All Bath an counter refinishing, spoke to Steve. I explained to him the issue I'm having he stated that he can fix it with a $225 charge and he won't be able to come out to fix it until Friday 4/21 at 10am. when i asked him why so much money because this is a simple job, i further explained (that it's too expensive since all he has to do is remove the old glue and replace the new glue). He automatically stopped me and said this is more involving than just removing the old glue. First it will take at least 1 to 1.5 hour to finish this job. As we must remove the whole sink, stop the water, then remove old caulk replace it with new one then install the sink and secure it with brackets in all corners to secure it better and also to make sure this won't happen again in the future. So after this convincing discussion, i agreed to pay this expensive fee of $225 plus 3% charge to pay with a credit card the new total =$231.75. So Mr. Steve sent his employee, never removed the sink, never removed the old caulk which was black color, he immediately put white caulk in the corner that became detached while still having black caulk on the rest of the sink, and he screwed some wood to supposedly "secure it" and left within 15-20min. he called me and i used my credit card and paid the amount above. when i went to check out the sink and the performance. i was shocked that even my 5 year old son could have done better than this terrible job. If i tried to fix it myself i wouldn't have had black and white caulk in the same sink. i was extremely disappointed to see this kind of unprofessional and unethical work that his employee has done. I immediately called Steve and told him about the job his employee did,i explained that he never removed the sink, he placed white caulk in the one corner of the sink that was detached i began to question him about the truthfulness of his initial description of the job and comparing it to what was actually done in my house. I also sent him pics. He said he will stop by later to fix everything. few hours went by, then finally Steve came by to check it out, he then tried to "fix it" by removing the white caulk and replacing it with the black one just in that same corner. the Sink was never removed the old caulk was never removed and basically he used the bandage method. Just put a bandage on the issue and let it go. he called me saying he will come back next week, because he didn't have the tools on him to remove the sink and do the job all over again. I didn't have a choice but to give him the benefit of the doubt and agree to let him come out the next available time which was Wednesday, this morning at 10am. (4/26/2017). he went in the house my tenant opened the door asked him"Mr. Steve what's your plan today, what are you planning to do on the sink?" he was furious at her and started yelling at her in front of her kids tell her " I don't have to deal with you i already spoke to Nadia the owner and told her". She further explained that "i'm only asking you because i have to report to the owner and let her know that you got here and what you are planning to do." He right away said " you know what, i'm leaving. I don't have to do anything here anymore, the sink is fixed and as far as i am concerned this job is already done and i'm already paid for it." So STEVE WALKED OUT WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING OR FIXING ANYTHING. I was on my way when the tenant called me and reported to me what happened, so i called him he was loud, and he hung up on me. I texted him that i'm unsatisfied with his lack of professionalism and unethical behavior, and i should get a full refund for a job that was never accomplished, and so disgraceful to this profession. He told me he was going to block my phone number so i won't text him anymore. What STEVE and his company did to me and the way he claims he "fixed" my kitchen sink, is just terrible. i believe in doing a Job a 100% the first time. but his poor performance by him and his employees shows he has ZERO experience with customer service and also he has ZERO experience in even being a professional HANDY MAN. This company is terrible, now i must hire a new company to fix my sink professionally so that my tenant can use it safely. Very frustrating and very unethical, i would never recommend this company to do any work. if there is a minus 5 star rating i would have given it to him because they are not worth it, he caused me too much aggravation for a simple job yet it turned out to be a MISTAKE, a MESS, and COSTLY CRAPPY nightmare. read more

Terrible service! I contacted Steve about a minor shower repair in a cultured marble master bathroom. Initally when I called he said he was booked up until the middle of the next week. When I informed him I was looking for someone sooner, he finally set up a time to have "one of his guys" come out at 9am on Friday of that week and do the work. Needless to say, no one ever showed. I called him around 10:30 and he explained that they had fallen behind schedule and couldn't guarantee what time he could be out that day, but that he would get someone by there. I asked him to contact the property owner when he arrived to keep us updated on the repair. Well, it's now Monday and we have heard NOTHING. He totally flaked. Worst service ever. Besides being incredibly unprofessional, he acted as if he was so busy that he could afford to lose business. read more
