If you're having a weekend wedding, don't expect much in the way of customer service if something goes wrong. After the event, I reached out and asked for a refund of just the $175 exact-time delivery fee. I wasn't asking for a refund on the equipment or the entire service, just the additional fee for a service I paid for and clearly didn't receive. They ghosted me. Honestly, $175 isn't going to make or break me. It's the principle. If you charge a customer extra for a guaranteed service and don't provide it, you should make it right. Instead, they chose to ignore the situation. Ironically, a lot of people at my event asked who provided the equipment because it looked great.
