His workers showed up at the time that he said they would and assessed the problem, which was that my sprinkler pump motor was burned out. They took a picture of the motor, and returned the next day to install a new motor. I also had them switch out some sprinkler heads for me, and they checked the entire system. The workers were polite and cleaned up the work area nicely. I felt the price was fair and reasonable. Jorge got me a different pump, which was much quieter than the one that I had.
