Do not trust this company. My mom had them redo her house. The floor broke quickly anyway. It was fixed under warranty once and Price Flooring told her she then had to buy a specific protective mat at her expense. She did that, too . The floor broke again. Price Flooring now told her to buy yet another, different protective mat at her expense yet again. Further, they attempted to charge her $400 to fix their worthless trash floor. Now, Price Flooring claims that the floor was NEVER UNDER WARRANTY because the office chair they assured her was fine to make the sale somehow voids the warranty. This, despite the fact that Price Flooring's salesperson advised her on the correct rubber wheels to buy in order to protect the floor. Apparently, Price Flooring magically became a charity when they fixed their own garbage products the first time. Either that, or a greedy company LIED to make a sale they otherwise wouldn't have made and stuck my mother with the consequences. Which is more likely? Mom will be eventually be fine because she has a construction lawyer in the family. There will be legal action. If you want a decent floor in your home or business without such a mess, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICE FLOORING! This company is run by con artists and thieves.
