We had called around to several well drilling companies after having a disappointing experience with another company with a repair. After our messages being ignored, then having to wait over two weeks from other companies, I was amazed when Mary answered my first call! She actually said she could have someone there THAT DAY! But since my boyfriend and I were both working, we scheduled a visit for the next day. Shaun Harrington and another worker came earlier than expected, figured out the issue, provided us a price and fixed our water tank within approximately 20 minutes or so. Mr. Harrington also looked over previous repair work on our pipe fittings and gave us relief that things were okay there. I need to add that previous estimates on this type of repair were anywhere from $700 - $900 more expensive! Both Mary and Shaun Harrington were friendly and professional. When our home well system in Sandwich begain to falter after 21 years of service, our active family of three adults and two teenagers feared total water failure as winter temps fell far below freezing. Presure would almost reach normal, and then drop to almost nothing ... and it was getting worse by the day. It took one call to All Cape Well, left a message ... and waited. Two hours later we received a call from company owner; he'd have a person there early tomorrow. The tradesman showed up five minutes to 9:00 a.m. By 10:35 (1.5 hours later) we had a new well pump, new pressure holding tank and new electric switch box. Work area was cleaned, our decades-old tank, pump and small mound of very crusty and rusty pipe debris were hauled away. Robby took me through the process, taking the path of least resistance along the way in an effort to ensure that the money spent was a necessity. I was working with an intelligent and empathetic "Doctor of Wells". In the end my system needed a replacement - I was sold the right size equipment and a fair price. A true story: Mother's Day, woke up to NO water. Called the folks at All Cape, not expecting them to respond on a Sunday, let alone Mother's Day. But on their way to a family brunch, they made a detour to our home and fixed the problem. Couldn't be more happy with the process of having a new well drilled by All Cape Well Drilling. We lost all water and our well dried up on a Friday, and they were there that same day to put a temporary fix on it.
