The supposed director of the business, Rob Anderson, came to our home and he couldn't answer basic questions we had. My father needed some care one morning. When my mother called to request some help they said they were in a meeting and could not arrive for 3 1/2 hours. My mom told them she needed someone right away. They finally said they would send out a nurse who had previously come to our house. My mom told them she didn't want this nurse coming out to the house because she said before she couldn't move my father by herself. My mother was very upset at this point. I called and talked to Rob who then told me they weren't a 24/7 hospice. I told them they were fired and requested they send my dad;s info to another hospice provider. When the other hospice came out they were flabbergasted about how my dad was being cared for and immediately got hime on a stronger pain medication. My dad was on what we later found out was supposed to be a temporary pain medication. The hospice doctor should have changed it but failed to do so. Rob said the doctors were ER doctors at Three Rivers Medical Center which should have raised reg flags. Their ER doctors are horrible. The hospice was supposed to provide certain things for end of life care but did not. I do not recommend this "so called" hospice to anyone. My father suffered unnecessary due to their negligence.

This is an ongoing problem with this practice. We've been coming here for several years now and we…read moredon't have an issue specifically with the quality of care that we receive. Dr. Young and Christa Cavanaugh, PA-C , are fine practitioners that consistently deliver sound medical advice and treatment. This is instead an issue of inconvenience and inconsideration. Upon making an appointment with this group (most generally with the PA, Christa Cavanaugh) - What follows is a barrage of messages that begin sometimes 6 to 8 weeks prior to the appointment to remind you that your appointment is coming. And they usually involve having you click on something to confirm that you acknowledge that you have the appointment. They always request that you come 15 minutes early even if you've been coming regularly every six months or the last time you were seen was only a few weeks prior. If there's ever any paperwork that can be filled out online I always do that just to avoid having to do anything else there. Consequently when I check in, there is nothing for me to do but sit down and wait. I realize that they don't want patients failing their appointments or arriving late, and that they value their practitioners time. (They make a point of stating in their countless reminder texts, that failure to make the appointment may result in a fee of $25.00.) Consequently, when we come to the office, my husband and I are always at least 15 to 20 minutes early. Unfortunately...it has NEVER failed that we have had to wait usually a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes to be seen. There is never an apology. There is never any kind of communication or an explanation as to why she was late or at least an acknowledgment that I had been waiting. Consequently, I usually try to make my appointments early so that I'm the first patient, and even in those cases I've had Christa stroll in to the exam room almost 20 minutes late and I was her first patient! It's just annoying to me that while an office and their practitioners consider their time valuable, they consistently demonstrate a total disregard for mine.

When checking in we were told if we paid in full with cash we could get a 5 percent discount. Sounded like a good deal. When we were told it was just over 2k (shocked) we just assumed that included the implant. Boyyyyyyy were we wrong. Not only did it not include the implant (wishful thinking) It also didn't even complete the amount we owed for the two teeth pulled. when my husband went in for a follow up visit he created a workup report on some laser treatment, before he could guarantee the implant. That total was over 14 grand, mind you this still wasn't including the implant. Of course we went somewhere else and after two other opinions we found a very awesome place that will give my husband his front tooth back for a good price. No pre 14k needed. To make matters worse we received another bill for the original proceedure for $900. Who knew that was coming? And because we didn't pay it right away (it's been 30 days) They are already threatening collections. We are still trying to figure out what that $900 is for??? The bill they sent is VERY confusing. Frankly, they may be nice and do good work, but I don't enjoy being gouged! If we pay that, who's to know if another random bill is in the mail? VERY UNHAPPY AND WILL NEVER RETURN!!!

Everyone there was kind and respectful when I went in for a visit. Quick background story is that I have an abscessed molar. This was diagnosed at Three Rivers Community Hospital last week. It's been causing me a LOT of pain despite my high pain threshold. I called La Clinica's Dental Clinic to see about getting in there for an appointment. I was given an appointment ten days out and told it would be $95.00-$150 to be seen. WTF? The clinic gets subsidies! I also spent over an hour on the phone to make that appointment. I'm broke as hell and things are looking pretty bad if it's going to cost this much to be seen. Hey, who needs to buy their kid a Christmas present anyway, right? Then my brother says, "Too bad you can't go to the dentist in Ruch." So I call the dentist in Ruch. The fee to see him is $62.00. His office manager apologizes that they can't see me same day, but their pipes are frozen. Would the next day work? Heck yeah it would! I have been in pain nearly a week now and I'm glad I can be seen so quickly! During my appointment they take an x ray and then the doctor comes in. He remembers me from a single appointment I'd had 20+ years ago when I was a kid. He tells me the tooth needs to be pulled and gets me the price for a simple extraction. He corrects my medication. The PA I saw at TRCH gave me the wrong dose of antibiotics and not enough pain meds for my tooth. Dr. Christofferson solves both of these problems. He's also ticked that I wasn't given enough medicine to ease my pain and gives me a bunch of options to ensure I am as comfortable as possible until my extraction. I go to the lobby to pay for my visit. The office manager says, "You know, all we really did was take an X ray of a tooth problem that you already had diagnosed." She only charges me $16.00 for my short visit that day. I love this place. Believe it or not I look forward to having my tooth pulled. Dr. Christofferson and his staff are wonderful. COOTZ OUT!
