I love they were concerned for my comfort and that I was aware and comfortable with what they were going to do, BEFORE they did anything. The final stage was sending me home with excellent verbal instructions (repeated to me at least 3 times so I would remember) of what to do for sore gums, types of food to eat and avoid for the next few days, and if I needed an adjustment to call right away. I can honestly say my gums around the the crowns were tender, but not sore and I am so very pleased with the end results! It made me a little sad to think, I'd only see these wonderful people only 2 times a year. For me that is a first. Love my forever dentist and staff!

After that I avoided dentists until recent tooth pain I could not resolve on my own forced me into searching for a new one. Luckily I found Dr. Tanner after doing some research into nearby holistic dentists. After reading online reviews and speaking with very helpful and friendly staff who assured me my specific needs and concerns would be catered to (i.e. not forcing unnecessary x-rays on me when I am electro-sensitive, and not exposing me to chemicals that trigger bad reactions due to my MCS/chemical sensitivities), and explained that Dr. Tanner did his best to first save teeth before heading down the root canal/crown/extraction road, I went ahead and made an appointment. And what I can say is I am so glad I did! Dr. Tanner and his staff made me feel totally at ease and comfortable and really took time to listen to my concerns and address these with patience and caring attention. Dr. Tanner has a great bedside manner and treats patients as fellow humans, whom he does his upmost to help. In my case he worked with me to come up with creative solutions to my problem without causing me any financial ruin or other trauma. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tanner, whether or not you are specifically looking for a holistic approach. But if you are then he's the one to see, and especially if other dentists have let you down and led you astray in the past. While I didn't directly see him interacting with kids, I could tell that he'd be really good with them, especially any who are usually afraid of dentist or doctor's offices (or adults who are afraid.. like me!).

Dr. Barratt is straight forward, and works efficiently. Scheduling is great, and I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes in the waiting room. The cleanliness is immaculate. Marika is a great hygienist. Premier also accepts my insurance. Dr. Barratt is honest, and unlike many other dentists, he doesn't push services or unnecessary procedures. Highly recommended.

When I arrived, the woman at the front desk was on the phone discussing billing while I stood there, clearly in need of help. Despite leaving emergency messages, she showed no urgency or care. Even though she admitted that she had listened to my messages. Billing another customer was more important than worrying about a patient's dental issue. I ended up leaving and finding another dentist who saw me right away. The dentists and hygienists here are great, but the front office staff definitely needs to improve on communication and customer care. In an emergency, a little compassion goes a long way. I won't be back.

I used to be a dental assistant and had never seen a dentist refer out for crowns, so I decided to leave that practice. After some research, I found Dr Ledesma and am so glad that I did. I was on a very tight schedule because I was moving about 4 months later and was in braces that would not be removed till a month before my move date. Dr Ledesma and his staff worked to squeeze me into their busy schedule and he did an amazing job on my crowns! I had put off getting these crowns done for many many years because I was worried about them not turning out good. It is very difficult to get a good match when doing front crowns. That's why it is usually best to do the front 6 together, but that was not an option. Even with the obstacles that I threw at him, he was able to exceed my expectations. Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. I'm a wheelchair user and find the office far more navigable than most medical settings. Plus they have SUPER sturdy dental chairs with arms that go down on BOTH sides, which is a rare find -- and absolutely great for higher-weight patients. I can't think of a single way they could improve - they even offer a membership that saves some $$.
