Most of the Staffs are friendly which helps coming to a therapy. I felt the therapists are caring, knowledgeable, approachable. Friendly as well. One of the Pat asst/aide always have the biggest smile.... maede. It does make a HUGE difference when you feel welcome. One thing to add, ai know front desk reps gets busy but can smile more & when greeting patients to actually look up not just say welcome but looking down. That's how employees greet at retail stores. My 11-year-old son underwent double hip surgery in February and was referred to this facility by his surgeon for physical therapy. Throughout his treatment, we followed the clinic's policies exactly as they were explained to us. At our first appointment, we were informed that my son would attend therapy sessions independently while a parent or guardian remained in the waiting room. We were also told that an adult over the age of 18 would need to be present during evaluation appointments. My husband typically brought our son to his therapy sessions and waited in the lobby while our son completed treatment, and we never had any issues. Recently, the clinic moved to a new location. During our first visit at the new facility, my son had a scheduled evaluation appointment. My husband was unavailable that day, so I brought my son along with my two younger children, including my infant in a stroller. Because it was an evaluation appointment, I understood that I needed to accompany my son to the treatment area. When my son's name was called, I followed him to the back with my younger children. A staff member at the front desk immediately told me that I could not bring my children back there. I explained that my children were very young and that I could not leave them unattended in the waiting room. As I continued toward the treatment area, she repeated that I should not bring them and stated, "Next time, don't bring them." I approached her to clarify what she meant because I thought I may have misunderstood. She again stated that I should not bring my children to future appointments. I explained that I rarely attend these appointments because I am home caring for my younger children, that my husband normally brings our son, and that I was only present because this was an evaluation appointment requiring an adult to accompany him. I also explained that I had no one available to watch my children and could not leave an infant and young child alone in the waiting room. After the appointment, I spoke with another front desk employee regarding the interaction. Instead of addressing my concern, I was told that the reason the staff member said not to bring my children was because they could not directly tell me to hire a babysitter. I found this response extremely unprofessional and insensitive. Not every family has access to childcare, and suggesting that parents simply find a babysitter is not a reasonable solution. If this facility has a policy prohibiting children from accompanying a parent during evaluation appointments, that policy should be clearly communicated before appointments are scheduled. Families should be informed in advance so they can make other arrangements or seek care elsewhere if necessary. My concern is not about having rules or policies. It is about how the situation was handled. The interaction lacked professionalism, understanding, and basic courtesy toward a parent who was simply trying to comply with the clinic's requirements while caring for young children. I asked the physical therapist if I could make appointments with just her and she said yes so I did and then when I got there they handed me off to an assistant. Apparently they double up on their appointments which made me feel not so good about this place. When I said that I won't always be doubled up but they couldn't guarantee anything. I never made it in the door and now I never want to. I have been trying to schedule an OT eval for my child for over a month and each time I call I am told they do not have the referral and cannot book. They treat me poorly, except for one time when they mentioned the call was being recorded. They don't listen and talk over you. The kicker on my last call with them was when they told they only do OT via telehealth! How the F do you do OT via telehealth with a kid?! read more

Nice service, nice employees. Sanitary. But there was one certain employee that was attending a patient next to me that was really rude and loud to their patient. This employee was embarrassing their patient by stating rude comments. Stating comments because the patient did not comply with the exercises due to pain, and not being able to speak English. I didn't see his name tag but I've been coming here often and he's the loudest one. I hope he doesn't attend me in the future! read more

My mother has been coming for PT for several weeks. At her last appointment she swore she would never go back. They insisted that she use a walker when she already has a cane. And the PT technician, Asara, was brusk and unhelpful. She called the manager, Alice, to complain but she was not sympathetic to my mom at all. The staffing and care quality has gone down hill in the last couple of weeks. They can't seem to keep their people. Businesses dealing in healthcare have to be kind. My fiance recently got acl surgery and we were referred to this office by his surgeon. Its a large facility and it may seem like theres a long wait when you first enter the waiting room but theres so many therapists on staff that you'll be taken care of quickly. The only issue we had with this place was that the address takes you to the main lobby without an elevator or escalator. My fiance went up two flights of stairs on crutches. Theres only an elevator im lobby 4 so make sure you park there if you are going to visit this office and have a handicapped person with you! read more

I was a patient at A ll Care therapy. I had physical therapy done on my lower back and I have to I really enjoyed my visits here. I never had to wait in the waiting room longer than 10min. from the moment they called me to the back I went straight to work on my therapy.i did 8 visit's and I feel great. No more pain in my lower back there exercises targeted exactly what needed to straighten my muscles To support my back. I loved my TENS unit with hot pack treatment that was like the cherry on top. I would totally recommend using All CAre Therapy. The team is very professional and you get to work with a variety of PTA's. The front desk ladies are a bit serious but you can do everything digitally now so you don't really have to interact with the front desk. Anyways I was discharged and I will miss them! read more

Waste of time. Beyond incompetent. They text you an address of 8550. The issue is there's a bunch of 8550 buildings and their name isn't on any of them. Setting the appointment was an adventure as well. Couldn't understand a word, so much static on the line. I just kept agreeing hoping they'd email or text me. Text came through. No contact number, incomplete address. Just piss poor business practices. Then if you're 5 minutes late they can't see you. Sorry I'm late, I spent the last 20 minutes going from building to building trying to figure which when you're in. Yeah, uhm, no thanks. If you don't have the common sense to tell patients which building you are in of the 7 buildings how are they going to arrive on time? Think foreign call center. That's what this place is. Smells like sweat and ass when you walk in. Maybe some air condition to circulate the stagnate air would be helpful. 20-30 people waiting in an open room with another half dozen people on phones with a constant hum of chitter chatter. Loud enough you can't hear the receptionist speak. 3rd world country treatments. I can only imagine the quality of treatment if they can't give proper directions. It's like playing where's Waldo? Trying to figure out what building they're in. Ok I'll make another appointment. Haha! I don't live in this crap valley. It was a referral. They did such a fantastic job of getting me in shape for the surgery that I asked for PT with All Care Therapies, post surgery. This place is amazing! I was diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis on my right foot and I couldn't move it at all. Ever since I've been coming here my foot has improved greatly! It's still not 100% but it's way better than it was before thanks to this place. Also, the staff here are super friendly and the reception desk is very welcoming. The staff greet you with a smile and spot you you every step of the way. The air conditioning is great and there is always water available.
