was contacted to schedule an appointment, but the staff failed to mention that they have parking available or that the entrance is located at the back of the building. Since I had recently undergone surgery, having to park on the street and walk was inconvenient and frustrating. Upon arrival, I was disappointed by the surrounding area, which was littered with trash and had unsanitary conditions. Inside, the receptionist was unwelcoming and provided unclear instructions. The registration process was unnecessarily long and redundant--I was asked to input my cell number multiple times because the system required a "home number," which I don't have. Instead of offering a solution, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Overall, the lack of clear communication, disorganized process, and unprofessional atmosphere made this a negative experience. There are much better options in the area--I'd recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Dynamic Therapy is Dynamite, MPT Farvili, Dr Sheshukova - and the PT Aids team Marlin, Jessica, Emily and Pablo were outstanding. They were extremely receptive, caring and knowledgeable on my road to recovery from my bi- lateral quad rupture repair. They were able to set up a plan to get me up and moving from a wheelchair, to a walker, developing balance, gaining my mobility and flexibility from a level 10 in pain to a 6 with over 120 degrees of flexibility. They were committed to thinking out of the box and providing modifications that are getting me moving and back to a little normalcy. I had a terrible injury at my job and I was assigned to Dynamic Physical Therapy in Van Nuys for twelve appointments. I'm winding down with just one more week to go and I wanted to praise the excellent therapy I received and how fantastic the client service has been. When I started in my first week, the staff cared about my understanding about all the equipment I was starting on and thoroughly trained me on everything. They followed up with me every time I was there for an appointment and if I had any questions or concerns. The staff was totally committed to helping me through every step and offered suggestions for me in regards to working out. When I had a couple of questions about exercise at home and discussing proper diet and health, it was their therapist, Omid, who took the extra time to discuss with me my concerns. During the last few weeks, Omid and the staff went out of their way to help me and make me feel comfortable with my workouts. I'm actually going to miss the appointments as the therapy has made a big difference in getting me ready for my return to work soon. I could easily tell the difference and improvement in my physical and mental health and they helped to make that happen. The greater the success, the more motivated I felt. The staff being so positive also added to it. In closing, I want to mention the wonderful people at Dynamic Physical Therapy: Omid, whom I already mentioned is a fantastic trainer and really knew his stuff, smart and very helpful. Earlier this year I was involved in a car accident. My vehicle was rear-ended as part of a multiple car collision. The impact left me with a bulging disks in my spine. I was sent to physical therapy. Prior to coming to Dynamic Physical Therapy I was sent to another location. They provided a similar service and I thought it was fine, until I was sent here instead. Now I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Intake: I met with the physical therapists upon my first visit. He was very professional and very thorough. He answered all my questions and explained what the process would be. First Session: I was instructed on how to do a small warm up on a stationary bike. They have 2 bikes, 2 machines for arms, one for legs and an upright weight lifting machine. I was then taken to a massage bed. The therapist explained that he would be giving me a massage with a machine, then would put electrodes on my back and some kind of cold gel thing (don't remember the name). The massahe felt amazing! Felt spa-like. They closed the curtain so I had privacy. It felt so relaxing I actually dozed up (power nap!). I was told to take my time getting up. Rene was so good, he gave me tips on how to get in and out of bed safely so as to not injure my back further. Every visit since has been equally good. I feel amazing when I leave and pain free. Renee knows what he's doing. He's very professional, friendly and has a great bedside manner. He's bilingual too! He makes sure to customize the treatment to meet your needs. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. I don't know everyone else's names but they're all very nice. I highly recommend this place. In fact I'm trying to bring my mom and husband for some much needed pain relief. I'm hopeful that in a few weeks I'll be pain free. read more

Clean facility but other than that, the physical therapist was never there to see me through one single exercise! This is a huge disgrace, I did not pay money to be put into a gym with no one looking out for my trouble areas. Big waste of time. Also their machines are limited and I get more of a rush just speed walking, honestly I think the physical therapists are acting dishonestly, taking money and not even helping you through to recovery like a decent physical therapy office. This is so infuriating, and when I told them I'm not getting any attention, they just speak down condescendingly. read more

I am so blessed to have found the best team to help me recover after a severe accident. Dynamic Physical Therapy gave me the best care and attention I needed even despite I could not afford to pay them up front. Even though the insurance company low balled me and initially refused to consider my injuries as severe as they turned out to be, Dynamic patiently continued to treat me on a lien over a 2 year period without any compromise of their service and quality until I was able to win my case.
