Each time I have been a patient at PT West, my specific conditions have been assessed brilliantly, and personalized treatment plans have been created for each situation. I was originally referred to PT West by a family friend when I was looking for a new clinic. It is always great to have a personal referrence. Lucky for me, the location is very close to where I live, and I'm so glad that I found it. The first time that I was a patient, I had been given a particular diagnosis after an MRI. I was dealing with bad pain and came to PT West for several weeks without much improvement. I was doing everything that I was told to do, but there was no improvement. Well, my great physical therapist thought that maybe my diagnosis wasn't the cause of the issue after working with me, and it was suggested getting a second opinion. Well...I did that and it ended up leading me down the correct path that was needed! After two surgeries, I have been coming to PT West for PT, and everyone at the clinic is great! I love everyone at the front desk...they are super helpful and kind. Big shout outs to Abby and Darlene! My amazing therapist is Jiggs, and he is someone that I have gotten to know well over the years. He is a top-notch professional and I trust him implicitly. The PT Aides are super helpful, and I truly love each one! In addition to the great treatment that patients receive, I have to shout out one other thing. Parking is validated in a covered parking structure. So many healthcare providers no longer provide parking, so this perk is one that I love. During the hot summer days, I do not take this for granted. If you are seeking physical therapy, I highly recommend PT West. I have been treated with great care, like I am part of the family!

I attended physical therapy at California Rehab from July through December 2025, and overall I had…read morea positive experience. Claudia at the front desk she truly keeps everything running. She's efficient, kind, and always on top of scheduling, insurance, and any questions I had. Her professionalism made a big difference during a long course of treatment. I'm especially grateful to Corey and Ashley for helping me get back to a better place physically. My herniated disc and sciatica have improved a lot, and I learned exercises and habits I'll continue using. That said, I do recommend requesting one of the female therapists if you can. I found them to be warmer and more engaged, while some of the male therapists weren't as friendly or welcoming when I came in multiple times a week. It was really off-putting when I would come in and make eye contact with some of the male therapists and they would not even say hello, they acted very arrogant and would it hurt to say a simple hello or a nod. A couple of downsides: the facility feels a bit outdated, and cleanliness could be better some chairs, therapy beds, and floor area were dusty. I would be on the carpet and I could see all the dust it was really gross. They need to do better! I also wish the therapists spent more than about 15 minutes with patients before handing off to aides, who didn't always seem fully confident with the exercises. Even with those concerns, I'm thankful for the progress I made here and for the staff who genuinely cared about my recovery.

Dr. Chun did the XRay and said I had phase 2 neck degeneration. I signed up for a membership and over the next eight months or so I went in weekly and got an adjustment (and also came with two physiotherapies, usually electric stim, traction or heat lamp). After all this work, I was no longer dealing with neck pain, headaches and just felt so much better all around that I no longer felt I needed to come but I am so thankful for the help I received. It's a friendly, professional environment, one that's conducive to social interaction with the aides who set up the exercise routines at every visit (Mark, 'D', Gabriel, Jonathan, Gabby, Lindsay, David and Chance) and the PT assistants (Mike and Justin) who helped me take my mind off the 'discomfort' associated with the stretching and massaging to break up scar tissue to insure a successful outcome to all the hard work.
