I took my two rescue cats to All Cat Clinic to have them checked out. The staff are amazing and friendly and my cats are healthy.

We decided to have a change from our previous clinic in Lakewood for our Ragdoll Cat . I searched for a clinic in the area with good reviews and found this All Cat Clinic. When I called to get information, the employee Alyssa with dark hair and a sweet tone answered the call. She would also be the same employee that left a reminder voicemail the day before the exam. She impressed me so much with her kindness, that we set up an appointment for a check up exam. The cost of the exam was $65.00. Plenty of parking in a nice area of town. When we stepped inside, we could feel the good energy and kindness from the staff working. We filled out a form and read some cat books located in the lobby. After a short amount of time, we had our first exam with the kind Doctor Melissa Waller. We were very pleased and so was our cat. We shared a pleasure of a new cat clinic that we can now call home. The only thing that was a tiny bit off was the birthday of our cat. The receipt showed 11/02/2018 and it should have been 12/03/2018. Our cat is a Sagittarius and we read about it in a zodiac book in the lobby, lol . Thanks again for everything, we look forward to our next visit with Mosby. read more

My sweet 13y/o Persian, Monster, was urgently ill last week, and All Cat Clinic came to the rescue! Monster has never been sick in his life so I was startled when he could hold nothing in his body. I've heard great things about this place & was excited that they only specialize in cats! We called the clinic on Monday afternoon & they made an appointment at 8:15am the next morning. We were greeted by the tech/receptionist, Kathy, who gathered our info & took us to a room to await the vet. Dr. Leslie was absolutely incredible!! She spent 10-15 minutes hearing of Monster's history & recent acute illness, and she ordered a few different labs & tests for him for a preliminary diagnosis of colitis. She also gave him a percutaneous injection of fluids to rehydrate him without requiring an IV & a dose of anti-nausea, and sent him home with oral antibiotics to treat colitis. In less than 3 days, Monster was back to 100% health! She & another vet called over the next 48 hours to check on Monster and give updates on his labs, which all came back perfect. It was $413 for a check up, full bloodwork, urine/fecal analysis, rehydration, & take-home meds. All in all, I couldn't be more grateful for the team at All Cat Clinic. I thought I was going to have to put my little show cat down that day & he's back to 150%! read more

I highly recommend All Cat Clinic! My 14 year old kitty (very shy, but ready to defend with force if needed) had her first visit to a vet after two years. She badly needed her claws trimmed. The Doc took her to the back room and successfully trimmed her claws, vaccinated her. Much to my relief no one was bleeding, and they didn't give up on her! This is the place!! read more

When you choose a vet, you choose someone to help you throughout your pets life but the biggest thing they help you with is your cat's 'end of life'. My cat was diagnosed with a large mass at the all cat clinic. I was sent home with no pain meds, no plan of action, and no one checked up on us. As two weeks went by and she kept loosing weight and finally couldn't eat. I didn't wish to see my sweet fur baby starve to death. I called for euthanasia and was offered an appointment 4 days in the future. I know for a fact she would not make it four days. And the humans watching her suffer for sure would be traumatized. All cat clinic let my family down. They were not empathetic. They did not care about my family or my cat. All they care about are the billable hours and those are booked. Do not go here. I brought my cat to ACC a couple times but my cat is no longer established here. My cat can be difficult at the vet so I thought a cat only clinic would be a great next step. I assumed it would be a phenomenal experience based on their Google reviews however I was deeply unimpressed. My cat has an unusual nose but it's always been that way, has not changed over the years, and does not cause problems. Previous vets told me I'd only need to look into it if it caused problems or visibly changed. Dr. Lei wanted to biopsy her nose and when I told her I didn't think it was necessary she said they could just poke her nose and look at the cells or whatever. Again, I didn't think that was necessary. I believe this was brought up and I declined at least 3 times. I did not want her cutting into my cats face or poking her nose solely to satisfy her curiosity. Additionally, I found communication from Dr. Lei confusing and leading to the feeling of analysis paralysis on multiple occasions. In particular, I have a voicemail from Dr. Lei where she shared my cat's urinalysis results. In one voicemail she stated everything from it being fine, normal, great, borderline, potentially becoming kidney disease in a year and how we can work to slow the progression. Personally, I find her communication overwhelming and difficult to decipher any clear next steps. Since establishing my cat at a new vet and requesting follow up checks on the things Dr. Lei mentioned - no concerns have been brought to my attention. My cats new vet is also unconcerned with her nose. The last time I picked my cat up from the ACC office I watched her being moved from the kennel to her carrier and my cat was so scared she urinated on herself. I did not feel as though anyone took the time necessary to gain trust with my cat. The staff I interacted with at the front desk were nice enough but this office seems to be at least 10 years behind in a technological sense. Everything is done on paper and appointments are hand written in an appointment book. Again, it might be a personal preference but I appreciate a more updated office where I can see my cats lab results online and I have the ability to text them with any questions based on their CRM. I'm aware that I'm an outlier based on the other reviews but personally I wouldn't recommend ACC to any of my cat owning friends. read more

Such a great vet for your cat. Going to a regular vet means running into dogs and my cats have enough anxiety as it is going to the vet that it really makes sense to come here. The staff are all cat people so they are knowledgeable and caring about all your concerns. Had cat appointment today that was made for an exam and Rabies vaccine. Cat was very distraught and cried whole way there. Person at the desk, Erica, stated that this was a technician visit and took the cat back and gave the vaccine. The cat was brought back and I asked about the exam. It was clarified to me that for an exam, a Dr. visit needed to be made. I did not know this and stated that the appointment had been made requesting those stipulations. In the discussion that ensued, the technician, Erica, took no responsibility for scheduling this appointment and demonstrated no interest, concern or empathy that the incorrect appointment had been scheduled. When I explained that it was inconvenient for me to make 2 appointments to get things done, it clarified to me that some people do it that way. At this point, the "head technician," Kathy - who is not the supervisor, came out and told me in a hostile manner to lower my voice as other clients were there. I did, while attempting to clarify with Erica next appointment requirements. All of a sudden, Kathy came blazing out and "fired me" from the clinic, stating that the clinic did not have to deal with "people like me." Stunned, I asked for her supervisor who was not there. I do not recommend this clinic: -staff does not represent the clinic well or professionally. -I have 2 animals that go to this clinic and they are not representing my pets in a caring, professional and responsible way by firing me. read more

I also appreciate that I can stay in the room with him while they check him out during our appointments - it helps to put him at ease. So many spiffy, shabby-soho veterinary boutiques in Denver... and then there's the All Cat Clinic--keeping it real since 1978. It has it all: an unsexy zip-code; a small building that was erected in 1925 situated along a busy street; a storefront that was remodeled in the 1970s, which architects describe as "the decade that taste forgot" .... and a 40-year history of veterinary care. It was Denver's first cat hospital. So don't be judging! This clinic is king. It's impeccably clean. It runs like a well oiled machine thanks to a smooth operator named Kristina, a cranky cat that's apparently blind and deaf, and a kickass staff. You'll never find a better, more caring team of vet techs. They can clip the nails of a tiger in 30 seconds & simultaneously do a rectal temperature check. Drs Lobojko and Stone are two of the finest and most experienced cat veterinarians I've ever known. A lot of pet meds and treatments are only studied in dogs, so treating sick cats is a bonafide, challenging, veterinary specialty. We're lucky to have these guys in our neck of the woods. Obviously, Drs Lobojko and Stone excel at diagnosing and treating all sorts of cat ailments. But they also do a lot of correcting of mis-diagnoses & botched treatments made by general practice vets, which is what led me to them. Two years ago I took my old bengal cat, Rocco--who was vomiting daily, miserable, and on a hunger strike--to a dapper-looking vet clinic in the Highlands. The vet said that Rocco was fine. He recommended that I feed Rocco different foods, and asked if I had ever given him "greenies" cat treats ("all cats go nuts for them"). Then he patiently explained to me that some cats just vomit a lot. Could be hairballs. Could be stress. Really??? Sadly, Rocco was so terrified of the barking dogs in the building that he peed all over the vet as he was being carried to the exam room. Rocco got sicker. The greenies didn't cure him. I knew he was seriously ill, so a few weeks later I called the All Cat Clinic for a second opinion. Kristina was kind enough to get Rocco's medical records from the other clinic so that I wouldn't have to pay for another blood panel. Most clinics make you get the medical records, or will just charge you for another blood test. Dr Stone had a very different opinion of Rocco's health. After palpating his body for just 5 minutes, he diagnosed Rocco with irritable bowel disease. IBD is common in cats and can develop into cancer. But if caught early, it can be managed with corticosteroids. After an injection and a prescription, Rocco was on the road to recovery. He had a nice rebound, but the disease was too advanced, and he was euthanized a few months later. I still harbor a grudge against that dapper doctor. In addition to tried-and-true conventional treatments, the drs at this clinic will try experimental treatments under the right circumstances. For instance, Dr Stone used a product called Adequan to non-surgically treat advanced, severe arthritis in my other bengal cat, Tinks. Adequan was originally developed for race horses, and had been studied in dogs, but not in cats. Tinks was doing so poorly and in so much pain that I knew euthanasia was right around the corner. But Dr Stone's last ditch intervention with Adequan led to an unexpectedly awesome recovery for Tinks. He could walk, run, and jump again, and his pain was greatly reduced. While his recovery wasn't permanent, Tinks quite enjoyed life again for a good period of time. His trip across the Rainbow Bridge was delayed by an entire year, which is almost a medical miracle. I received bereavement cards signed by every staff member when both of my cats died. As cat owners usually don't get a lot of sympathy when their cat passes away, I was really touched by this gesture, and kept the cards next to photos of my old pals. So long story short, if you have cats, this is the place to take them for nail-clipping, teeth cleaning, shots, medical care--and free tinsel-wands! I doubt you'll find another clinic whose drs and staff are so willing to go the extra mile for our feline friends--and whose care and compassion for cats also applies to cat owners, who themselves can occasionally display a fickle array of emotional sensitivities and insensitivities. read more

The ACC has been out go to vet for a few years now. We've taken all of our 4 cats there over the years. When my 19 year old Angel, Boo, was ill for a year, the vet techs and Docs were very professional, and went through all the options. There was no where else I would put him to "sleep" other than this place. They knew Boo so well. Our other cats feel comfortable there. Our new cat that we rescued is so sweet, but terrible and scary at the vet. They were so kind to us and to us. Thank you so much, ACC! You are the best A+!!!!!!!! read more

Horrible first experience. My cat had a blood work exam recently that indicated signs of kidney failure. Upon recommendation (our old vet clinic didn't survive covid and we can find where my cats vet went) I came here. Dr stone saw her and you should have heard how casually he told me my cat has kidney failure. He suggested medication and didn't explain anything. I had I ask what stage she is in. He didn't even ask to do a urine exam which is what EVERY MEDICAL ARTICLE I've read suggests the next step is to make sure she doesn't have kidney stones or blockage. Based on educated reading I asked, "what about diet?" And he literally said "oh yeah. Diet". I asked if he could send a list of recommended foods and pamphlets on kidney failure because he did nothing to explain either. He said yes and sent nothing with her to the car. How could you care this little about such a serious diagnoses? I'm appalled. For something that is so serious and only in the start of stage 3, where the most preventative measures can be taken, you would think he would spend more time talking about how I can help my cat. When I reported how bad the experience was to the front desk lady and asked if I could make a follow up visit with a DIFFERENT VET, she wasn't even phrased. She said "oh okay. Lets get her scheduled with our other vet." Shouldn't she care that I JUST SAW A VET and got no help? This was an awful experience and I'm just so happy I'm an educated mama who did her reading. It's sad that this man that specializes in cats cares so little for ones that are in failing health. Hopefully the other vet is a better experience. read more

This clinic was the absolute best when we first visited. We took our baby girl in because she wasn't feeling well: Sneezing, a little coughing, and watery eyes. The Vet we saw was incredibly AWESOME. Our cats are strictly indoor cats. So, taking our girl to the vet was traumatic for both us and the kitty. The vet that saw us was incredible. Laying her head on the table and facing our kitty to talk to her. She put us all at ease. The diagnosis was made. The procedure took place. Our kitty was as good as new. We swore we would never go anywhere else. That was years ago. Since then, we've been there maybe five times with a couple more of our kitties. (We have three). Problem is: every time we have requested to have an appointment with that particular vet - it was decided by the receptionist - Erika - that the particular doctor we asked for was too busy and she would schedule us with someone else. Why was it Erika's decision? I don't know. A: She is not a vet - and B: she is not the one paying my bill. There were a couple of times over the past five years where Erika basically told us if we didn't want to wait a week to see the vet we requested, we should take our baby to an emergency facility. (and the places she would refer us to were clear out in Parker or Aurora). At any rate - when it becomes a time of urgent need - this receptionist is the one who makes the final call. Perhaps the Vets here know she plays this game of "know-it-all" receptionist and they condone this treatment -- or perhaps they don't. But in the end - it's really sad that there is zero continuity. You don't get the one doctor who gets to know your furball - it's all up to the receptionist - and different doctors make diagnostic decisions based on hand written notes of others, rather than the hands-on care of getting to know your pet. "One Doctor" following your pet's life is a lot more effective than "several doctors" reading notes left by others and then making life altering decisions. We will never again refer anyone at all to the All Cat Clinic in Englewood. read more

This is THE place to take your cats. The staff here is really friendly and good vibes all around. My kitty gets stressed out and Dr Waller was incredibly comforting and sweet throughout the appointment to her. I got her spayed here as well and it was a really good experience and they spoke to me at length about aftercare, my kitty's health, and answered all my questions as a first-time owner. I appreciate everything they do here and my cat appreciates how quickly we're in and out. read more

Been going here for years and when we really needed them for our suddenly very sick cat they said they were booked for weeks. They do not care. Said they don't do emergencies. We weren't even sure if it was an emergency so since our cat is not a patient anywhere else but here we had to go to a highly expensive walk in clinic on a weekday. Bad. We will not go back here. What's the point of being loyal to a vet when they don't help you in your most time of need even just to help us find what step next to take? Seems unethical to me. read more

These folks are terrific. They really know cats. I have a cat who is very difficult: I would say semi-feral. (One vet, who was warned that she didn't like to be held, insisted on trying to hold her still on the exam table: she opened a vein in his wrist.) She recently became ill. She was clearly in pain. These were the first vets who suggested using a sedative (administered through a mask, because she cannot be held still for a shot) in order to do a thorough exam and get the blood/urine samples they needed. What a difference! I got the results of the bloodwork and urinalysis the next day and started her treatment. She recovered nicely. I will use them again in the future for sure. read more

I love this place. I've seen two different vets here and they're always kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer all my questions. The front desk ladies are always pleasant and easy to talk to. I really feel comfortable bringing my fur child to them. I moved to Parker and did not have the same experience with the new vet clinic so I happily will drive the half hour back to see them. Also really like that they're doing curbside during covid. They came out to get lasagna (my kitty:) then called before and after her exam all while I stayed in the car. Highly recommend!! read more

We have been going to All Cat since about 1980 and Dr. Elsey was truly wonderful and caring for both patients and their humans. Since he retired, we've experienced one disappointment after another. When we would take in strays we would take them to ACC for testing, and one particular time the stray was pretty old and sick; thyroid and gastrointestinal issues. So, of course, they cleaned her teeth, because we all know that's a big cash cow. When we took her for regular thyroid tests after the initial full blood panel, we expected to just pay for a thyroid panel, but they continued to charge us for a full blood work-up, because it was another way to gouge more $ from us. This is unethical, in my opinion! When one of our dear ones had a tumor and we had to put her to sleep, the 'vet' whom we had never seen before, who was the one euthanizing our girl, told us the tumor was likely caused by our smoking. I BLUNTLY TOLD HER WE DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING AND NO ONE SMOKES IN OUR HOME. I guess this vet thought we weren't feeling badly enough about losing our dear girl so suddenly, and thought she would add to our horror! The vet said 'Oh, I just assumed...' It was awful!' The latest indignity was recent as our last of four kitties, became ill and we were told the cost of treatment. We explained we live on a fixed income and could not afford it, and asked if there was an alternative. We were told there was but it was not as effective but we tried and within a few months we knew it was time to say goodbye to this fur baby, as well. When we went in, we were interrogated and told that when disease isn't treated properly - this is what happens - again, while we were grieving another loss- they just assumed we were awful people. It was horrifying! I miss Dr. Elsey, so much - and wish these current vets and assistants would just try to treat people the way they would like to be treated, especially when we are there to say goodbye to a member of our family. I doubt we will ever go back, as their intentional cruelty is just uncalled for and totally ridiculous! Perhaps they don't want our business because we are Hispanic - I just honestly don't know what it could be otherwise. Wanted others to be aware of our experiences! read more

I can't believe I haven't rated this place! 5 stars all around. We have 3 fur babies and love that we can come in annually and for emergencies. They are friendly and attentive and aren't trying to take your money without results. They also give out fun cat toys which my kitties seem to love more than the ones we ever buy. Parking sucks but you're not in there very long and there is always parking available. Highly recommend. read more

Dr. Waller and the entire staff of All Cat Clinic are very knowledgeable and caring. I found them just a month ago after moving to Colorado from Wisconsin. My beautiful companion cat became sick and after necessary blood tests she was determined to have quite severe pancreatitis. Dr. Waller gave her a cortisone injection and also appetitie stimulants and anti nausea medication. Eventually, she was put on pain medication as she grew steadily worse. Dr. Waller tried everything she could to save my little Cali, but it was just too late and she was just too sick. The whole staff was very compassionate during my many phone calls and visits. When the day came to send Cali to the rainbow bridge I was devastated. The staff was very compassionate and gave me hugs and many encouraging words. They took such great care of my little girl. I will rescue another cat in time and certainly will bring the new cat (or cats) to Dr. Waller and the staff at All Cat Clinic. read more

I have been a client here for about 7+ years and 2 kitty friends This place is real: nice but no boutique or pretentiousness. If you love and consider your feline your friend , family, or cosmic guide ; please take the drive here for the truth . They specialize in, and LOVE cats. Unfortunately most clinics , good and bad, see a higher margin( willingness to pay more $$$) for our canine friends. While their prices are below average , they exude an undeniably very real daily passion , expertise, and knowledge (thar they will freely share ) that will increase your friends lifespan and quality of life. I haven't been back in a few years since my last kitty passed from Kidney failure at 10 years. My fault probably- was feeding Boogie food filled with grains etc... Little did I really know how to feed and care for my friend Today I returned with my new friend Turki-Dog and I had immediate faith in Dr. Stone to get her fixed up . After a string of things that just didn't sit right with me, I've decided to move on. Around a year ago, my cat was given a controversial antibiotic shot with some risks without ever making me aware of the risks. The drug wasn't even for the type of infection my cat had, and it didn't help at all. It just caused him to have diarrhea for a month. The next time was early this year when I brought him in for his rabies shot. He jerked away when the tech jabbed him, and she ended up getting him and herself. Then, she jabbed him again using the same needle she stuck herself with. The final straw was today when I brought both of my cats in for annual exams and asked the vet to check their anal glands. I had noticed black dots on their buttholes and, after seeing some horror stories of impacted glands posted online, wanted to know whether that was normal or if there was a problem. The vet took them back to check, expressed them, and then told me that they didn't really need to be expressed and not to have her do it in the future unless they needed it because it was unpleasant for them. I had just asked her to check them at that point and even said I didn't know if they were impacted or not. They charged me $50 for doing something I that didn't need to be done without talking with me about it first. Maybe I'm overreacting. The people there are nice. Their prices are great. But there's clearly not effective communication between me and them, and my cats are suffering because of it. I should have switched vets after the needle incident. read more

Found All Cat Clinic in 2019 after adopting my first cat. Only been in three times but was very happy with each visit. Welcoming and educated staff, thorough examination, friendly atmosphere. Here is how it went with COVID: Called to book appointment, was given a 24 hour reminder call that detailed their COVID policies, arrived on date of appointment and called as instructed, staff members went over everything as they do for a in office appointment, staff member came out to my car to get my cat (was wearing mask), when finished I was called, briefed, and checked out, and staff member brought my car back out to me (still wearing mask). I was probably waiting a total of 20 minutes from start to finish. 10/10 will always recommend the All Cat Clinic. read more

Dr. Joel Stone is an thoughtful and experienced Veterinarian who has cared for my gang throughout the years. I'm sad we won't see him as I've moved to Colorado Springs and we have to find a new vet. The staff is efficient and friendly. Everyone is knowledgeable about cats and their needs and highly recommend them for all your feline needs. Prices are comparable to other clinics with the advantage of going to an all cat clinic. read more

Awesome, friendly and knowledgeable staff! My 7 year old cat lost a tooth over the weekend and was so worried about her. I found this place because of the reviews. When I called, they reassured me things in the meantime over the phone before they quickly saw my cat within the next day. She had to get a dental exam the following day of the initial exam and I added on a lion haircut and was a great price. My cat needed more than I thought she would need such as X-rays, root pulled out, etc. but the staff were all so patient with my questions and concerns with my cats health and were very informative and caring. Thank you to all the techs there and Doctor Stone for performing on my furbaby wonderfully today! She's feisty as ever still after some dental work p.s. they did a great job at the lion haircut, I've gotten many done in the past and this one is very clean! I'll be back! read more

This place is an amazing clinic. I just moved here from Washington and suspected one of my kitties had a UTI. I took her in, early in the morning for examination and we had results back same day! Thankfully no UTI, but Dr.Stone recommended some things we could try that should help her out of the box peeing. The staff is super sweet and warm. They're operating as curbside only and they have been the smoothest curbside service I've experienced for anything other than food. These people are knowledgeable, affordable and nice. We called the All Cat Clinic in Englewood this morning to see if we could get an appointment for our Siamese. Our cat has been a patient at the All Cat Clinic for well over three years. He is a rescue that has an on and off problem of vomiting. After three years we have spent a considerable amount of time and money hoping to find a workable solution to the problem but to no avail. We wanted to have him seen once again to see what could be done. We were told (in no uncertain terms() that they were short staffed and we could not have an appointment. They were more than ready to refer the cat to see other clinic. The idea that a long standing patient might get an appointment to be seen for the same problem was 'out of the question.' So much for caring about providing services to a long standing patient. At this point, I would think twice about giving All Cat Clinic any rave reviews. It pays to remember that simply because you've been a long standing patient at this clinic they will be ready to move you on to someone else. read more

I have a 16, almost 17, year old kitty. I cannot recommend this vet clinic highly enough. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they treat your kitties like they are their own cats. My girl has had two surgeries here and the vet she sees, Dr. Stone, has always been extremely respectful and kind towards she and me. She's also on daily medications, and the prices on the medicines are reasonable. Even though I live in the Highlands and it's a bit of a drive to get here, I'll always take my cats to All Cat Clinic. I had taken my cat (Gracie) to another vet that was closer to my house they said he had a category 4 heart murmer, and would need a sonogram before they could do the dental procedure, that alone was going to cost $540. Then I was told Gracie would need at least 6 teeth pulled. I was distraught, to say the least. I explained this to my coworker he recommended All Cat Clinic - all I can say is WOW. Dr. Stone is AMAZING, and the staff is so caring and compassionate, thier live of cats really shines through. Well Dr Stone examined Gracie NO murmer !! And not a single tooth needed to be extracted. Our kitty, Jazzy, is having some allergy problems that won't go away and we decided she needed to go to the vet. She hasn't been outside of our house since we adopted her 7 years ago and we were afraid of this being a complete shock to our Jazzy. I was a nervous wreck listening to her cry in her carrier all the way there. We were so completely surprised by the friendliness of everyone there. Jazzy was treated by Dr. Waller and we could not have had a better experience. Dr. Waller took her time talking to and petting Jazzy before she started actually examining her. Not only did Jazzy relax and become comfortable with "being at the vet" - but so did I. Dr. Waller explains everything in a very thorough and easy to understand way. Took my Fizz cat to this place last weekend and they were open on a Saturday morning (with an appointment) & cater only to cats, which I think is awesome. I filled out a form and everyone was really friendly and nice to my cat. She just needed a regular checkup and updated shots. Everything was done relatively quickly, the vet was really good with my cat and those shots were done fast and he let us ask any questions we had. Fizz even got a little toy when we left. I've been taking my cats there for 10 years now. Reliable, reasonable prices, VERY knowledgeable doctors, and the staff is friendly. I take my cats there for shots, cleaning, and check ups. They let me do a payment plan on my very sick cat. For those who need low cost neuter/spay go to http://www.thefelinefix.org/ - but that is the only service they provide. I love this place to bring my two cats to . Their prices are really good. If something is wrong with my cat I can usually call and get him in either that day or the next. They also have morning drop off and evening pick up! Plus side is there are no dogs here. My boys can not stand dogs. read more
