Mr Alwine was supposed to call me before they came out to pressure wash my house so that I could…read moremove things off my porch and around the house that I was able to move. I did not hear from him. He and his crew showed up on a Wednesday morning, I was not there. My lawn care guys were scheduled to cut the grass and were told by Mr Alwine that they would have to wait. This was something that could have been avoided if he had called like he told me he would. By the time I got home they had already left, I was gone for 1 1/2 hours. Things on my porch were just thrown back on my porch. My rugs were soaking wet and laying on the porch. There was water in my house that had come in under the door, so they had to have been close to the door and used too much pressure. My WIFI was not working and when BREMC came out the problem was that water had gotten in the box and shorted out the battery and had to be replaced. My flowerbeds had been stomped on and my garden hose, which I am assuming they used, was all twisted up. They left all my gates open (He tried to blame that on the lawn care guys). I called Mr Alwine to discuss the issues I had. He was extremely rude and told me that I was one of those people who wanted a free house cleaning. I told him that that was not the reason I called and that he had a bad attitude and then he told me that I was the one with an attitude. He then went on to tell me that the reason they were in a hurry was because it was his wife's birthday and he had plans for that.
