When we received a call that the taxi was outside we called the woman back to let her know the taxi was no where in sight. She told me the taxi had waited for a total of 8 minutes. The funny thing is, we called to ask where our cab was 2 minutes after we received the call that the cab had arrived. The woman on the phone was very rude and after I told her how disappointed I was with their service she told me to never call again. We ended up walking home while it was -1 degrees outside.
