The large gaps left at the bottom was allowing my neighbors dog to get out, until we fixed it. The exposed old posts and nails are unsafe for my child and dogs. I called the company about these issues and claimed a 5" gap was "standard practice". They said they would fix the exposed old posts and nails, but here we sit 3 weeks later and nothing has been done. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Not only does this seem like a fast and lazy job, but with the posts at 10' plus apart, the fence really moves and feels cheap.

It's required readjustment of the dehumidifier system, and including a baseboard heater. More recently, the sliding glass door was not working; called and asked them to look at it. It apparently had come off the track. The service person responded, spent 10 minutes adjusting the wheels, and then produced a bill of $495: $300 service call and $195 for labor. Another one was $20,000 One was $14,000 but I didn't like the guy Finally, we settled on Installers Now, LLC for $13,950 for the complete roof. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.
