Today, their rep finally showed up, was here for about one minute, came to the door & told my wife they won't touch our fence because it was originally installed by another fence company, Qual Line Fencing. When she said we've just had another company here the day before & they had no problem preparing an estimate for us & our ins company. His response? "To each their own", gave a little laugh, & left!!! I went out to catch him as he was leaving & asked him what was going on. He said, " That's Qual Lines fence you have to call them"! What?! Does that mean Ford can't sell me a new vehicle because I have a Chevy? That's ridiculous!
