Company sold me a chain advertised as "Solid Yellow Gold." After the chain broke following 2 months of normal daily wear, a jeweler confirmed it was hollow. This company directly violated FTC guidelines on "Guides for the Jewelry, Precious Metals, and Pewter Industries" note 1 to paragraph c, by not explicitly stating the hollow nature of the item in the listing. The company refused to offer any sort of resolution and I am out hundreds of dollars. Do not purchase from this company!! They will rip you off!!! I have reported them to the FTC and hope they will receive legal consequences. read more

Today I was helped out by Vladimir whom I've never seen before but it has been a while since I was last here.
